Bring your hardware to Digital Vault if (when) you have issues with your computer. They are prompt, professional and will recommend any upgrades based on your needs. I’ve have bringing my business to them for the past several years and always gotten great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Took in an old laptop and they were happy to tell me that they thought the problems were not as bad as i had assumed. They even called to keep me updated on the status of my laptop and the problems with it.
Got the laptop back a day later as good as new.

I took my three week old Toshiba laptop in that was showing only a blank screen with a cursor and Pono did a complete diagnostics on it and discovered a bad hard drive. Just my luck. Pono gave detailed instructions on how to get Toshiba to remedy the problem and did not charge me anything for his services! Now that is great service!

Bought a new computer and had these guys remove all trial and junkware, transfer data from my old computer (that I hadn’t turned on in more than a year!), and make a recovery disk (sans the trial and junkware). They did so in a couple of days and for the same price that Best Buy would have charged for just the trial/​junk ware removal. Best of all, when I went to pick it up, Martin took the time (30 min) to go over things with me. Now I need to call them to remove a virus from my office computer! Aargh!

These dudes are awesome. Took my laptop there yesterday for an issue based on the excellent reviews below and the fact that is close to where I work.
Dropped it off @ noon Monday, got a call at 2:15pm Tues to come get it. Around $ 40 to crack the back (expected) and only $ 20 to fix the issue (totally unexpected but welcome!)
I will definitely be using them for all my computer needs!

I have gone to them twice now and have met all their staff. These guys are smart, honest and efficient. Plus they don’t talk down to you, or try to b.s. you. My computer had some bad viruses and was working really slowly. But it works great now!!!

First, let me say, I am a MAC guy 100%.
I own a dang PC for 1 business program I have, that’s it.
My PC stopped working the other day, and I knew it was going to be a motherboard issue, probably around $ 250 or so.
Not worth fixing.
I took it in to these guys, they told me they’d call me the next day.
I left, fully prepared to start shopping Craigslist for a crappy $ 50 replacement computer.
20 minutes later, they called…
«Yeah, you just had a bad stick of RAM, you can come pick it up, it’s only $ 29!»

This was a perfect place to get my laptop checked out when the wireless up and died… as it turned out it was a recall item with HP that I was 2 years too late to take advantage of. The guys there were very easy to work with and they spent the time troubleshooting and researching the issue for free. They recommended solutions that didn’t involve buying anything from them and spent time discussing pros and cons of possible replacement computers. I will definately go back to them if I have computer problems in the future. Great guys, great service.

Our company, Reynolds Recycling, was so happy with the service from DVC we decided to buy a new laptop from them. When I placed the order for an HP notebook, it was on back order with HP until early July. However Pono was able to get me the computer a week ago. Great job and excellent prices.

I brought my laptop in for a fix on the harddrive and they gave it a quick look, Didn’t hurt that they offer free diagnostics too! Pono called me within the hour to tell me what was wrong and the work that would be required. I decided to upgrade my hardrive. He gave me the price over the phone and the work that would be done to it and cited that it’ll be done in 1 or 2 days. One the second day, right on target, I get my call that my laptop was ready. Super professional, Super reliable, and Super knowledgeable. This place is THE place to get all your computer worries taken care of.

The guys at Digital Vault Consulting are experts and have solutions for little home users like me as well as lager business networks. They are right near the Iwili Best Buy, so before the Geek Squad fails to fix your machine check them out first!
I have had two high-​end custom built PC’s made by DVC Managed Services Specialist James Moody over the last 10 years, which have served me very well in my artistic endeavors. I have many gigabytes of graphic design, video and animation project data that I’ve created on my awesome machines. He has always been there to help me transfer my mountains of data from one machine to the next.
Currently I work of an HP laptop for portability/​convenience while I’m in school and DVC has kept it virus free and running fast. James, Lee Martin and Pono Kraan have been integral for the health and productivity of my PC, keeping it running at maximum efficiency.

Great customer service… Lee M. is very patient/​understanding/​honest besides being knowledgeable about repairs. Before buying a new computer or before you dump your non-​functioning computer, have it checked out first!

I brought my laptop in to have it cleaned and brought back to normal because it has songs and photos I wanted, like all computers. I brought it in and a day later they called me, told me the issues and gave me a quote. Go ahead I said… when I went to pick it up they explained what they did, I asked them about all the big words they were using and they put everything in layman terms. I had a coupon for a discount which made it better. Without that coupon I wouldn’t have known they existed. Go with these guys they’ll treat you with respect. Discount or not they have great prices and the expertise to match. Thanks for the quick fix!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with this company for about 6 years and have found them to be fairly responsive and accommodating. They are easy to work with and have a lot of patience and experience dealing with end users that may not be tech savvy.
