We create and install the fundamental elements of the outdoors through the development of natural and architectural pools, water features, and living landscapes. As a licensed general contractor, we work with you to design and build garden and ancillary outdoor structures, or renovations to enhance your current home.

History

Established in 1983.

In 1983, DeBiasi started his own landscaping business, commuting to Guam where he honed his skills in the design and construction of natural and architectural pools. After 9 – 11, he brought his business back to Hawai’i, where commercial and residential water features have earned his company an excellent reputation. The company’s impressive list of completed projects includes the outdoor spaces of First Hawaiian Bank and Bank of Hawaii, the Honolulu Academy of Arts and hotel chains including Hilton, Hyatt, Westin and Outrigger.

When Steve DeBiasi arrived in Hawai’i halfway through college, his first project was working with renowned landscape architect James C. Hubbard in designing the Flora Pacifica Exhibition, transforming the ground floor of the University of Hawai’i’ Art Building into a Southeast Asian paradise, complete with bamboo bridges over ponds and lush gardens. As the vision emerged, DeBiasi could see that they were making the most creative and incredible garden features.
