History

Established in 1990.

With over 25 years of professional Mortgage Banking experience, Darron R. Carson is at the top of his profession. Darron started working for a Direct Bank in San Diego, California, way back in February 1990, then decided to try his hand at Mortgage Brokering in 1996. After a few years of working for someone else’s mortgage Brokerage firm, Darron decided to venture out on his own.

In late 2008, Darron decided to move to Honolulu, Hawaii, where he immediately started working for one of the biggest local Banks on the island of Oahu.

In late 2012, Darron made a change professionally from originating and was hired on by a local Direct Bank, as a Regional Sales manager, here on Oahu. After working there for about a year, Darron then went on to start working on his dream, of owning his own Mortgage Brokerage firm on the islands of Hawaii.

Partnering up with C2 Financial, has helped Darron start to reach his goals of creating and owning, one of the Top mortgage brokerage firms in Hawaii.

Owning and running a small brokerage firm, taught Darron the importance of hard work, being responsible and building team synergy.

In late 2008, Darron decided to move to Honolulu, Hawaii, where he immediately started working for one of the biggest local Banks on the island of Oahu. Even though going back to work for a Local Bank was a big change and challenge, due to a new geographical location, Darron still excelled at his Loan Officer position. Darron continually earned the Top Producers award for his achievements in Total loan volume and units closed.
