I came here because a friend recommended Dr. Ozoa to me after a traumatic experience. I didn’t know what to expect because I’ve never been to a psychiatrist, or psychologist before. (I swear I’m not crazy and Dr. Ozoa confirmed this!)
Dr. Ozoa is very kind, patient and is a great listener. Her office is zen like and peaceful. She will give you tips on how to avoid bad experiences and choices in the future. She will take your side if you are right but also tell you if you are doing things wrong.
If you’ve ever experienced a traumatizing situation or a rut in your life and you want to move ahead, Dr. Ozoa is perfect. I’ve only been to 3 – 4 sessions so far and I feel much better and she made me realize that my life is much easier and positive without negative toxic people.
She also does marrriage/​couples counseling as well. Parking is validated and she moved to the 16th floor. She also takes health insurance such as HMSA.
