Clark Hatch Fitness Center sold to former Hawaii basketball standout Martin, and partner Bryan Watkins Fitness veteran!

Former University of Hawaii Manoa basketball standout Phil Martin and Bryan Watkins, a fitness industry veteran, have purchased the Clark Hatch Fitness Center in Downtown Honolulu. Former owner and fitness pioneer Clark Hatch told PBN that the main reason for the change in ownership is because Bill Monson, who owned the facility and had been managing it for the past 37 years, is retiring. «I knew Bryan from when he worked at the [Clark Hatch Fitness] center as a personal trainer and I knew Phil from when he played basketball at UH,» said Hatch, who will remain as an advisor to the new owners. «They seemed like a professional team that could come in and be well-accepted by the members.»
