Before I met my boyfriend he came here with his first car. Said he loved it there.
We went with his second car & pretty much moved everything over, just bought an alarm system, a new deck & new speakers. They remembered him too, so they said that they would be giving him a deal & I agreed with the pricing. His iPod/​USB port didn’t work I mean it charged our phones but never played anything. We thought «eh, let’s not bother. It’s okay, they were nice guys.»
A little over a year later, I thought hey, I want to get something like that done to my car too. My boyfriend goes in & they remember him. We had our own sub, I wanted a double din (with all the already features my car already has plus more), amp & a box for my 12″ sub. Oh I can’t forgot the adapter for my car steering wheel.
They gave him the pricing & my boyfriend told them my car had Bluetooth already built in so something that can be compatible with my car to use the Bluetooth. Also that I would eventually like to put a reverse camera. They gave him a choice of two decks, said everything that he wants is on both, just ones more pricey. He said he would take the cheaper one, cause I’m not picky.
I take my car in & the price went up $ 100 because they thought he said 10″ sub. Um okay okay. Not too bad. They install everything & tell me the adapter for my steering wheel doesn’t work & I have to come in a couple of days for the «newer» version. They told me they would give me a call. They never did. Also I picked up my car right when they closed. They were nice to show me a couple things & left so quickly. I’m driving, plug in my iPod cord & I see that my song is playing but nothing is coming out of the speakers. I flip. I take it in the next day & they said it was on «silent mode.» Okay whatever, but that makes me think that’s what my boyfriends deck is on. Anywho, my boyfriend calls them the following week asking for the steering wheel adapter & they told him «no it hasn’t come in yet, but we think we might have something that will work. Come in tomorrow.» I go in & after an hour they get it to work. I leave — uh oh. SILENT MODE AGAIN!
A later realize in the week that this has been in my car that the double din doesn’t have Bluetooth. I flip again. I told my boyfriend to please talk to them. They said «we showed you two & you picked the cheaper one» & we’re both like, yeah because you said they BOTH had the features we asked for. Dunce. Then they tell us that they’re going to charge us more, we can put the double din into his car & get me a new one. Omfg mad & over it.
I later get a new car & take it to a place a friend recommended. My boyfriend also wants to check on his amp & back speakers. The people there told us that the amp wasn’t that great okay, new one. & they’ll replace the speakers. As we’re waiting they come to us with his old speakers & said the people that installed these speakers into your car did a horrible job. They just shoved it in without removing anything (panels) or trimming anything. That’s why it sounds really bad. The speakers were dented.
I’m just saying these people are nice, but I can’t stand that it wasn’t good quality. I’m giving them two stars because it was a nice front in the beginning, but I’m not going back.

Family business. Excellent customer service. Called to inquire about an issue w/​vehicles alarm system. Was greated by Ash’s brother. Although I never met the brother, both were very helpful. My questions/​concerns were answered and my problem was fixed! Ash also took the extra time to thoroughly explain to me and gave me tips on battery deals. So glad I came here. :) Will come here for future car needs.

Best customer service hands down. Walked in & was greeted by Ash who was kind enough to troubleshoot my problem & save me unnecessary expenses by suggesting I just go with a new deck to see if my current speakers still work? & they did! Problem solved. Other places where telling me off the bat that I’m gonna need new speakers, have to bypass the amp ($$$ extra fees), etc?! Screw that!
No problems here tho. I was out the door with a new deck /​one year warranty & will definitely recommend coming here for all your car audio & security needs.

Came in with a poor deck. Was thinking of a sub. And believe me did I have lots of questions. Lol. I really wanted a Bluetooth deck so I can connect my Pandora and just my music on my phone. The bonus is I can even use it to talk handsfree! Sorry cops.
Awesome price on the deck so I decided to add a amp and a very nice 12in Jl Sub. W3V3. AMAZING!
Now it s all about the bass bout the bass no treble. Lol

I was referred to this shop by a coworker and we both had great experiences here. I got a double din kenwood dvd navigation system from them. A viper alarm system and they fixed my horn. They installed everything in my truck for me. It was a great experience from purchasing the products to gaining a friendship with employees. Chris and Ryan the installers were very friendly. They explained what would be done and were very professional. Ash the manager was also very professional in helping me pick out what was right for my truck.
