Service with a smile and bomb cotton candy. Decided to browse here after dinner and saw that they had cotton candy. since it is prepared ala minute, it took several minutes to warm up the machine but Erika was so gracious – I really enjoyed chatting with her. it is uncommon to meet workers who enjoy their jobs especially in the retail sector. I was glad to be able to get the cotton candy and will definately be back to buy more. If for no other reason than nostalgia. If only they did homemade taffy!

Service was phenomenal. Was greeted right when we walked through the door and was offered samples. A very small, cute shop that serves candy by weight. It is similar to Sweet Factory that is seen in malls in the mainland. However, I thought it was kind of pricey for $ 4.99 for every 4 ounces of candy.
I got a mix of chocolate covered gummy bears, fizzy cola gummies and chocolate peanut butter cookie dough balls. All were amazing, so I did not complain of the price. Only thing is I wish I got more choco peanut butter cookie dough balls because those are my new favorite! You must get them!
The manager or store owner was very friendly. I was looking at their selection of cotton candy that they sell in containers and I was intrigued by their flavors. He asked if I wanted a sample, but I told him that its okay and I thanked him for offering. However, when we were paying for our bag of goodies, he whipped up freshly spun cotton candy on a cone and handed it to me. I was delighted and thanked him very much for it because it was a pretty big amount for a «sample». Had a great experience as a first time customer and will definitely stop by whenever I’m in Waikiki.

THE BEST PLACE TO GET SOMETHING SWEET IN HONOLULU! If you are in Waikiki definitely stop by (it’s super cute even to just browse around) especially if you are looking for unique gifts to bring back home to your friends/​family! It’s delicious.

There’s no way you can just look at the impressive display and not go inside. With bright lights, candy hanging from the ceiling, and an impressive supply of the different types of candy… It’s pretty much every sweet tooth’s dream. Candy ranges from chocolates, to gummies, to even lollipops. They even sell ice cream!
After seeing their selections with their price tags… There’s no way. You can fill a small mason jar with candy for $ 20. How can one regular sized lollipop cost $ 6? Is it even specialized? Overall it’s a cute store, but the prices are not worth it.

Great shop! We stopped by here on Halloween, all garbed up as The Gardians of the Galaxy. The shop manager offered us treats to take with, and they were a hit with our entire group. Great product, awesome personal and friendly service, and an overall great shop. We were so pleased, we will be coming back to share with friends and family back on the mainland. Thanks again!

Looking for candy in Waikiki then you found your place, come to the Candy Bar! The location is in the middle of Lewers street across from all the restaurants including Yard House and Ruth’s Chris. This location is on the first floor half the distance from the beginning of Lewers and the beach so it’s right in the middle. The store is too small and that happens to be their downfall. The items they have are overall a great selection but they don’t have enough items for the make your own bag of candy. They definitely need to find a way to get more types candy that you can scoop into the bag the selection is good but they just don’t have enough of a variety the staff is super friendly and everything is very clean I will definitely be coming back here.

Cute store and lots of selection, but they must have low turnover as the candy my kids bought was stale. When you opened the individually wrapped hard candies, they were melted and stuck to the wrappers. Some of the unwrapped candies were obviously exposed to the humidity. My kids did not buy any chocolates, so this review does not apply to those. At $ 19.99 a pound, your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Bubble blowing contest was a BLAST! Owner is gracious, kind and welcoming. Fun time for the kids or kids at heart with a sweet tooth!

Avoid, overpriced and a complete ripoff. $ 19 for 3 bags that hardly had any sweets in. Candy wasn’t even that great. Boys not overly impressed.

You need to know that the candy here is $ 19.99 per pound. I didn’t know this so I allowed my daughter to fill up the bags and walked away with $ 25 worth of taffy and rock candy. If I had known the price earlier, I would have walked away with $ 25 worth of chocolate.
With that said, the store is super cute and I enjoyed perusing the walls of candy. They have a lot of speciality chocolates that you can’t find anywhere else on the island, like dark chocolate honeycomb. They also sell fresh popcorn and ice cream (toppings are free!).

Cute little candy shop right in the midst of Waikiki. We all know what that means… very pricey. Decided to stop in to check this place out since we were in the area just walking around.
First thoughts were that it is very small. We almost couldn’t get in due to all the tourists. I walked in down one side to look at the boxes of chocolate. One wall has bulk candy while the other has chocolate bars, truffles, and boxes. They do have a deal you have to ask about. 20% off between the times of 10 am to noon.
The store smelled very sweet but it was too small for me. I couldn’t maneuver around and upon exiting through the same door you enter, there was a back up.
All in all, cute spot for tourists but as a local I can do without

Super cute place! Eye catching, colorful, fun, exciting! Who wouldn’t want to stop by this super cute candy shop? Lots of variety, lots of new and unique things and great customer service! When we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the staff who was so helpful when we looked for unique items along with sugar free candies. It was so difficult to choose from their array of candy, cookies, chocolate… truly endless. Their sugar free selection wasn’t that impressive, but then again, if you’re entering a candy shop, one obviously wants the sugar! They had the usual, chocolate covered almonds, raisons, peanuts along with chocolate covered graham crackers (small bite sizes) and others. I really should have taken a closer look, but I felt like I was in Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory taking in all of the colorful goodness and all I could smell was… choooocoolate…sigh. I should have brought a lawn chair… I could have sat there forever. Although it’s a cute shop, it’s a small shop so prepare to manuever around with other’s in there. Also the prices are a tad high, which is to be a bit expected. It’s worth a visit!

I strolled over to this little store on my lunch break as many of my employees consistently rant and rave about it! I absolutely adore this place as the selection is endless. From sweet gummies to ANYTHING you could think of chocolate covered (Chocolate Covered Bacon Toffee — my personal favorite), this place is a fantasy.
The two girls behind the counter were extremely sweet and helpful and even allowed me to test taste the items I had doubts about. Needless to say, I am very impressed by this boutique candy store. The make-​your-​own candy bags allow my indecisive self to have one piece of everything I’m craving :)
This place is my new addiction!

This is a really cute candy store and there is a good selection. However, it is very expensive, and I do not think that it is fair to price all the candy the same. For example, I usually go for the gummy candies, which I know do not cost $ 19 a pound. I can easily get cheaper gummy candy elsewhere. However, they do have some candies that other places don’t. Thus, if you are going to get the specialty candies you may find the high prices worth it. The staff was very nice and the location was very clean. Overall had a good experience while shopping other than high prices.

While on the Waikiki Beach Walk, we came across Candy Bar Hawaii.
It was really crowded and I see why. Every inch of this place is filled with candy. This brightly colored store is too cute to pass by. Employees were friendly and definitely had their hands full. This candy stores offers lots of Hawaii themed gifts. Perfect for gift giving. On the pricier side though. There are tongs and small bags available so you can help yourself to the candy. Once you’re done, the cashier will weigh it.

It’s a small store tucked away at the end of Lewers St., across the street from Yardhouse. When my mom and I went in there was nobody, then five minutes later the crowd started to enter.
But the store has a lot of candy, including a Hawaii section that has specialty candy boxes with cute names like Paradise Survival Kit. You can make your own candy bags from the selection against the wall (which has a really cute and colorful sign that reads Sweet Paradise). There are candy bars too.
Cute store! We didn’t buy anything, but it was worth the trip to Waikiki.

I was a little excited check out this candy place. However I was quickly disappointed at the selection of ordinary candy. The kicker was its $ 20lb, so not worth it.

This new store is awesome! Unique gifts that are clear that it really came from Hawaii and not the local drugstore at home, large assortment of bulk and packaged sweets, and fun and colorful t-​shirts. Friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located in Waikiki. Mahalo, Candy Bar Hawaii, I will be back.
