History

Established in 2000.

Wedding Minister Robert Hamilton started Bridal Dream Hawaii while employed as a Wedding Minister at a Chapel in Honolulu. It began with just a few Weddings here and there. Robert purchased a NIKON camera to add Photos to the package, with his wife shooting during the ceremonies.

After posting beautiful wedding photos of Kahala Beach in our Photo Gallery, Bridal Dream Hawaii began to take off. Today Robert focuses on Wedding Coordination and Photography, and we have a few of our favorite hand-​picked Wedding Ministers to serve you on your Special Day in Hawaii.

Robert Hamilton has been Coordinating Weddings in Honolulu since 2000 and now is the chief Photographer at Bridal Dream Hawaii. His earlier experience as a Limousine Driver comes in handy as he often drives couples to the Marriage License Office or to their Wedding location.

I bought a group on to take family photo on my hawaii vacation. I sent email to Robert to setup appointment when I arrived in Hawaii. He was prompt and setup the appointment on Saturday 5:30 and instructed me to be there 10 minutes before the appointment.
I arrived at the appointment place at 5:20 and start waiting. He did’t show up until 5:40 so I called him on his cell phone but no answer. I left him message and waited until 6:30 then left the appointment place. He called me around 7:00 and told me I cancelled the appointment with text. I told him I never sent him text and he said it wasn’t sure if the text came from me that time.
He sent me apology email but didn’t refund the money through Groupon. So even he doesn’t show up I still can’t get my money back.
I had ruined schedule and upset family on my vacation. For a photographer, I think keeping appointment is very critical and also for visitors from out of town, they need to be more punctual.
I’m little bit glad this is not my wedding photos.

What a great team! I found Bridal Dream when my officiant I had booked bailed on us. Booking a destination wedding is tough enough and to have someone you have not met in person bail is nerve wracking. Robert was very quick to respond and had been through the whole process. We requested Pastor John Fuchigama after seeing a few videos of some ceremonies he did. He’s so eloquent and more important is a Christian minister. It was just the 2 of us for our ceremony and we showed everyone the video when we got back and it inspired our already married friends to renew their vows. We couldn’t have asked for better and the whole process was so easy. We felt his professionalism and eloquent speech are unparallelled. We Highly highly and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who is going married in Hawaii.

We were on our honeymoon trip to Waikiki and reached to Robert for the deal he was offering online. Instead, he suggested to work with him directly and to work out a better deal that works just for our needs.
Our appointment was scheduled nearby Kahala resort at the public beach. Initial plan was to spend half an hour to take about 50 pictures around the beautiful beach area. We ended up spending close an hour and received 191 pictures. He didn’t upsell anything and provided service beyond our expectations. Thanks Robert for an awesome experience!

Robert did some family photos for us. We reviewed a few beach photos and, they turned out so beautifully, we hired him again for an evening session. He knows exactly where to go and what to look for in Honolulu. He spent alot of time with us, shooting at different locations, and provided more service than was quoted. Mostly, he was genuine and provided the quality pictures in Honolul we hoped for. Thank you, Robert!

Really great and friendly service. I was pregnant at the time of my wedding. The photographer, Robert Hamilton made me really comfy during my pictures. They were on time and were really attentive of how I wanted my pic to look They did however, foreget my boquet but @ Paradise Cove they actually made me a bouquet for my wedding. They saved the day.
All in all they did a great job. I would totally use them again for my vow renewal. :)
