This isn’t the first time passing by here and all 3 times that I pass by, all 3 of the different sales girls’ service was bad. All of them don’t greet and not nice in general. Just because it’s a kiosk doesn’t mean you can do less or care less. $ 25, $ 20, $ 16… One of my gauges fell and was looking for a specific design. Hot Topic and other alternative stores didn’t have any but this kiosk had them in different color for what I needed. Sales girl was finishing up the transaction with other customer, but did not care to greet us nor say anything regarding to delay while my friend and I were looking and stood there for about 5 min. Even after she finished she didn’t say anything and seemed like she was having attitude or bad day or some sort of negativity. I had her take out the gauges so I could take a closer look and able to compare with the gauge that I already had but the entire time she was having a chat with her friend who passed by. At this point my friend and I were discussing how unprofessional(even for minimal customer service) it was. I asked for the price and said $ 25 for pair. It’s cheap plastic(not surgical so can’t sterilize) with barely any carvings nor designs. I could get organic ones from tattoo shops with that price lol. Even the ones that I originally had was $ 16 at Spencers. The price isn’t the big issue though, I would’ve gotten it if I really liked it and I know it’s for the profit also to cover the cost, but what vexed me the most was she started bargaining. Obviously I didn’t want to purchase them for $ 25 so out of no where she offered $ 20. I already had my mind set to not get them since I didn’t like them so I told her it’s okay and won’t be getting them, but she continued to pushed the sale and asked where I purchased my original gauges and replied online(my other ones where purchased online and got mixed up and gave her the wrong answer by mistake). Then she lowered it to $ 16 all within seconds. It’s disrespectful since I turned down the offer and clearly stated to not purchasing. She didn’t care about how I felt about the product, just money in too much of an obvious way, almost too desperate. Not only it was disrespectful but basically she tried to rip me off what I’ve seen on most products there on ebay by $ 9, almost $ 10. I cut the entire conversation/sales by «I don’t have money anyway so thank you». When I said that she gave me a mean look and seemed very unhappy. Of course I wont be buying anything with that service and attitude no matter what, even if it was free I won’t take it. I really wasted 10min of my, my friend’s, and my partner’s time who came to pick us up and was waiting for us. The kiosk itself is clean, organized, and shiny, appealing to people like me who have a lot of piercings or likes them. Also wide ranges of designs, colors, and varieties. Definitely needs improvement on customer service, basics, starting off by greeting. I would only give 1* but another is for selection, neatness, attraction, and appearance but won’t be giving a chance here any more.
