I highly recommend Mr. Goodman along with his staff for anyone thinking about filing for bankruptcy. In 2008 it was one of my hardest decision to file for bankruptcy which led to searching on the internet for attorneys. I came across Mr. Goodman’s website which was very informative and thorough. I called to set up a meeting with him. Mr. Goodman was very professional and very knowledgeable of the laws. He is patient, soft spoken, humble and kind. He advised me that bankruptcy is a process that once started needs to move quickly to be completed, stressed that I be very thorough and not leave out any information and or documents prior to my case hearing. and presented my options to aid in my decision. Unfortunately due to my families circumstances I would not be able to file at that time.
In 2013 I had become unemployed due to the sequestration. I called to set up my second meeting with him, I felt very relived and special that he had remembered me from 2008. I decided to file and moved forward with my bankruptcy. Julia and Trista worked side by side in acquiring all documents and information from the creditors and me which is needed for the bankruptcy process to be completed from start to finish. Got into some debt with my ex who refused to help out after we split. I just couldn’t handle it all by myself. Their team was awesome about explaining the process, answering my questions, and getting me to where I needed to be. Now I have a fresh start and I couldn’t have done it without them.
