Specialties
We make big, sloppy, delicious, two-fisted hoagie sandwiches, and killer bar food. We also shake a mean martini — the «Dirty Pickle» is our specialty and we make it with our own house-made dill pickles.
We’re not fancy pants chefs. We’re hospitalitarians. When you walk through our doors, we want you to feel comfortable. We want you to feel liked. We want to feed you good food and pour you good drink. We want you to stay a while. And then we want you to come back tomorrow and do it all over again. We’re Bethel Street Tap Room.
History
Established in 2014.
We started in the food biz with our cupcake bakery, Let Them Eat Cupcakes, then expanded last year into the pub business and have created a hybrid food and drink concept that inhabits the trifecta of food greatness: beer, good food and great desserts. because we happen to know better than anyone than nothing goes better with a cold slow-poured Guinness than a Tahitian vanilla bean cupcake.
