So happy with their services. I have a may tag refrigerator and my freezer was giving me problems. They sent Joe who was very helpful and knowledgeable. You just know he enjoys what he does because he helped me beyond his job. I will definitely call them again for any services I need.

My stacked dryer from 2007 was making horrible squeaking noises anytime I ran it. I called Authorized Tech Services and spoke to a person on the first try. The receptionist informed me that the soonest they could come was the next day — wow! That was much sooner than I had anticipated. I shared that I had a preference for a morning appointment so that I could get to work in the afternoon, and they accommodated me to be the first appointment of the day. Joe called promptly at 9:30am as promised to let me know he’d be out within the hour, which he was. He worked quickly and was able to get rid of the squeaking by simply providing lubrication to the gears and a new belt. He noticed that my washer was also making a grinding noise, but let me know that it would probably be pretty expensive to fix so he didn’t want to address it unless I agreed to it and he also said that it wasn’t urgent and I could evaluate whether or not I wanted to get a new one or repair it in the future. Joe was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling again if I have another issue with an appliance! Mahalo for the awesome service!

My 23-​year-​old workhouse of a dryer — a Maytag from the days when they were built to last — stopped working properly. ATS had replaced a belt about five years ago and were cheap and reliable back then, so called them today. Glen was super nice and spent a lot of time understanding the problem and trying to figure out what could be wrong. He said it was either the motor switch or the timing mechanism. He had a new motor in stock, but checked on the timing mechanism and got back to me right away to tell me that they don’t make them anymore. He advised me that if it was the motor it would cost about $ 300 and so advised me to consider buying a new one, especially since if it was the timer, I would be wasting money on the call. I hate to see my old dryer go, but considering parts aren’t being made anymore, I made the decision to buy a new one. Hope the washer keeps working!

Fast and affordable, even if they are the only authorized maytag repair company in honolulu. On tuesday night, our maytag dryer wouldnt dry (no heat). We called authorized tech services wednesday morning and they said their techs were all booked for the day but a tech would call me by 10am thursday morning to give me a 2 hour appointment window. As promised, the tech called me at 9am thursday morning for a 11:30am appointment so i didnt have to stay home all day waiting. He showed up at 11:20am and brought some parts with him. After verifying no heat from the dryer and testing the outlet, the tech moved the dryer (stacked washer/​dryer unit) himself then checked the heating element and found 2 of 3 coils were broken. He quickly replaced the element, reset a fuse that tripped in the control panel, and voila! Problem solved! He then wiped off dust from the unit and restacked the dryer. Tis all took just 45 minutes. The tech was very courteous and even took his shoes off without being asked before entering my home.
You’d think that by having a monopoly they’d stick it to you but these guys are great.

Unfortunately they didn’t have anyone that could come fix my washer on the saturday it was stuck, but their tech Shawn was able to help me get my washing machine unlocked over the phone. This was so helpful because my roomateneeded her uniform for later that night.
They were able to send someone the following Tuesday, and the washer was running again in no time!

Well these folks are the only game in town if you want to fix your Maytag appliances properly, as they are the only Authorized Maytag repair folks on the island.
These folks have fixed (so far) 3 of my Roper brand (by Maytag) dryers as all of them would have the same malady of clothes not drying, but still tumbling well after the alloted time has expired. Seems to be a manufactuer default as the dryers are all about the same age and went down a year or less apart.
Anyways, these guys are easy to get an appointment with, straight forward and do good work as all my dryers are now back to being the work-​horses they are. They always call us (landlords) and get our authorization before they start any repairs, which is much appreciated and not a standard business practice as one would believe. Pricing is reasonable and much more affordable than replacing the unit!
