Waited 35 minutes to not get service. Just wanted to buy a phone case. While I was waiting for service I took off my screen protector, therefore rendering it useless. Never bought the phone case because I didn’t want to waste any more time waiting.
And yes, I did sign in. They were mildly busy, but I obviously just wanted to buy something. I asked them if I could buy it and they said,“You got like 3 people ahead of you bro.” Not your bro, bro.
They need to be more cognizant of their customers. I walked straight to the cases, picked a case, put it on, waited to get a greeting, never got a greeting, put my name on the sign in sheet, sat down with the case packaging, waited, no greeting, over it bro. Should of asked me if I wanted to buy the case in my hand.

I always go to this store to pay phone bills. Great customer service and a very friendly staff. I drove from Kaneohe to pay a phone bill because the Kaneohe at & t sucks. I’ve never had a problem here.
