In all the years, I’ve been using them they’ve always been on the top of things, even scolding me when I did something stupid. Too bad the airlines make things hard for them by making them work for free. I now have to pay a service fee but for the convenience of not having to deal with the sometime stupid airlines, I think it’s well worth it.
