Anita Diniega – State Farm Insurance Agent

I had a recent experience with my Roth IRA plan. I needed the money to do my driveway and I went to see Anita. She immediately called the direct number for the department that deals with ROTH and I gave my information and voila within 3 business days my money was in my account ready to be used. It was completely stress free (which is rare these days) and no paperwork to sign, email, fax, etc… it was just very specific security questions to answer and I can’t believe how EASY is was to obtain my money. I highly recommend getting a ROTH IRA with Anita.

Unbelievably frustrating
Doesn’t live up to their slogan. Like a bad neighbor this State Farm is unresponsive in your time of need.
My children and I recently got into an accident. We contacted the office to go over our policy. They basically told us that being that the driver has no insurance there was nothing they could do to help us. Even more infuriating is that when we transferred our old insurance to State Farm we asked that everything remained the same. Upon reviewing our policy they did not keep it the same. The associate that helped us conveniently is now retired and failed to document our previous insurance infomation. We are currently trying to contact our agent and keep getting the run around and are unable to speak to her directly. I personally would inform you to stay away from this agent at all cost.

Ms. Anita is awesome! She’s super friendly and best of all down to earth. She explained everything about my funds in terms that I could understand, answered all my questions, even if I felt stupid that I asked. She understood that I was still very new to all these stocks and bonds and made sure to follow through that I understood what I was getting into before I opened an account or made contributions. Also, I was able to withdraw money from my IRA within minutes, after talking with customer service. SPEEDY.
Located at the Kalihi Medical/​Dental building on the 2^nd floor, her office also houses 3 other agents that assist her with Life insurance and other plans. Parking is free, just park in the back lot, tell the attendant where you are headed, and make sure to get a validation from one of the girls.
