Christina is super! and I love that she’s based in Hawaii Kai so I don’t have to travel so far to get fantastic treatment! She checks in on how pressure and that you’re comfortable. The studio is pleasant and comfortable and I can not wait to go back for another massage!

I’ve gone to Christa for several massages now and she is hands down the best massage therapist I have found. She applies the right amount of pressure and always checks with you shortly after she begins to make sure the pressure is right. She is instinctual in working out the knots and pain I get in my neck and shoulders. I like that she is calm and centered and her energy is relaxing. She asks pertinent questions and doesn’t talk a lot, which makes the massage even more therapeutic.
I had a groupon for another place and was so sorry I used it. I had to go back to Christa that same week to undo the kinks the other massage therapist had made worse.

If you are looking for a massage therapist that gets the job done then you definitely need to see Christa! She is strong, knowledgeable and worth the price. I go in every month for a 90 minute session. If you have areas of concern she will recommend stretches, postures to help those areas. Highly recommend this well kept secret!!!

I’ve been seeing Christa for a one hour massage every month for well over a year and can definitively say that she is the best massage therapist I’ve encountered during the last 12 years I’ve been living in Hawaii. And, she is definitely the best I’ve tried in Hawaii Kai.
Christa is a professional. Her massages are consistently good. She never has a «lazy day.» Pressure is always good and she always asks how you like the pressure shortly after she begins.
I usually have pain in my trapezius because of being on the computer. I also get lower back pain (gardening) and most recently, I had a great deal of tightness in my hands, wrists, and forearms. Christa has been adept at working out the pain in all these areas. I always feel greatly improved at the end of a massage.
Besides great massages, Christa is always on-​time and she never appears harried, like some therapists do when they are constantly running behind or have too many personal issues. In my experience, when a massage therapist appears stressed, their stress seems to transfer on to you. Christa’s being is calming.
I also like that Christa has no need to keep talking to you throughout your massage. I find it difficult to fully relax when I’m talking.
Just in the last month, Christa moved to a new location: same building as Roy’s. I like it. Quiet, peaceful, clean. Décor is nicely done.
Initially, I hesitated writing a review because I selfishly thought of keeping her a secret I selectively shared with only people I really like. However, Christa is truly a great massage therapist and deserves all the success she gets.

This is hands down the best massage I have had… ever. Christa understands the human body and why certain muscles hurt or are stressed, too tight etc. She applies great pressure. Usually I leave a massage wishing they had applied deeper pressure. This massage actually feels beneficial to my body and I walked out of the massage feeling so much better.
I hurt my neck a few days ago and could not handle the pain. I saw Christa and immediately could feel the release of the stressed and tight muscles that have been causing me headaches and lack of sleep.
My husband also saw Christa a few weeks ago for his shoulder. He had to stop going to the gym and was having problems lifting anything heavy until he got a massage from Christa. He wants to get massages for often now because he really could see how his body just feels better after the massage.
Christa seems to really understand what is causing the pain in your body and she understands and can explain how to prevent it from happening again, but the massage itself really relieves any tense muscles you may have or any pain you might being feelings. Whether I am in pain or just want a nice relaxing massage… Christa will definitely be my go to for massages from here on.
