I was referred to Ashton by a coworker when I got a huge crack in my windshield. I called him and left a message with my name, number, make, model, and year. He replied within the hour with a quote and we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later.
Ashton came by my work to do the replacement, which made it very convenient. He was friendly and professional, even speaking to one of the clients outside that chatted him up as he worked. It took him less than an hour and I was very happy because he was able to save a sticker I had on it; I was sure it was going to be impossible to transfer. He charged me $ 70 less than the Safelite quick quote I got online and the install came with a lifetime warranty.
Although I don’t want to need his services again, he’d be the first person I called of I ever do, and I’ll be sure to recommend him in the future.

Ashton re-​sealed my top windshield moulding on my 2010 accord. He gave me quite a bit of information on the reasons for why the moulding came out. I was happy for the courtesy call to let me know he was coming, he was very professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone here on Oahu. Great service! Great prices. He’s mobile. I didn’t have to wait at a shop to get this fixed, what more could I ask for?

I called Ashton with the best competitive price I could find on the island ($ 360) and he beat it with no questions asked + lifetime warranty! He came out within 2 hours, the actual work took him less than an hour! Just a heads up, he only accepts cash or check!

Not sure that this guy is in business any longer. I have called him 3 times and no call back. Now THATS superior customer service, or he’s just out of business, and these prior reviews about stellar service was his relatives trying to bolster biz.

Ashton just left after installing a new windshield. We had to schedule the work a day after I called, as he was too busy the day I called, but having him come to me made it worth the day wait. His rate was reasonable (lower than another quote, in fact), and he was done in about 25 min. He called to say he’d been held up in traffic, and would be 10 min. late, which was courteous, I thought, but in fact he started at 9:30 AM when he said he’d try to get here by 10 AM. It looks like he did a terrific job, the car interior is spotless. He also gave tips on speeding up the curing process and how to more quickly lose the smell of the curing glue. In short, I’d recommend him highly, and if I need new auto, I will definitely use him again (although I hope I don’t have to…).

Called for a quote over the weekend. Glass fixed promptly within a few days. Ashton called to set up the appointment, gave a courtesy call before arriving, and showed up early. Did his thing and glass is brand new! My Ridgeline and I are very happy. Definitely recommend for any auto glass repair. Great price. He even came out to Kaneohe (at my work) to do the repair.

Great experience. Ashton gave me a quote soon after he opened at 8AM ($ 50 less than the other quote I received), was able to accommodate my schedule when arranging a time to meet, he came to my house and installed a new windshield in about 30 minutes, and did a great job. Very pleased with my experience! I hope I don’t break my windshield again, but if I did I would certainly return.

Why five stars for Ashton’s replacement of my VW windshield? I’ll break it down:
Star #1: His quote was $ 30 cheaper than the next cheapest company I called.
Star #2: He was at my house, as promised, within 3 hours of when I called him, ready to go. He does the work right in your driveway for no extra charge if you live near town.
Star #3: He was friendly, courteous, very pleasant to deal with, and guaranteed his work.
Star #4: He was finished in about 30 minutes.
Star #5: My windshield crack originated right on top of a sticker that allows my wife to get on a military base for work. These stickers are a pain in the butt to replace, and Ashton was somehow able to remove it from the old windshield and re-​adhere it to the new one, without me even asking him to.

Pretty unprofessional. Called early in the morning to get a quote to replace a car window. The guy said he would check if he had the product in stock and call me back. I made several follow up calls with him throughout the day and never got an answer or call back. Pretty shady.

Had something hit my windshield while I was driving on the road. I have never called anyone for assistance like this but was referred by a friend. I called Ashton and he was very friendly. He asked me what happened and what kind of car I had. He then gave me an estimate which was very affordable. 2011 Tacoma windshield was $ 260. He was very punctual and would call when he was on his way to your location. The change took about 30 minutes. Very friendly and good service. Definitely recommend him to everyone.

Today is the second time that my boyfriend and I used Aloha Mobile Auto Glass to replace a car window. Ashton, who is the owner and the technician is very polite and is professional. You can just give him a call for an estimate first, then I guess call around to see who has the best deals, but it’s usually Ashton. Both times we called to make an appointment, he was open and was able to fix it the same day! The best part is that he comes to where you are! I mean, who wants to drive to a shop with a broken window anyways? I know I don’t. So it’s nice that he is a mobile service and you don’t need to worry about shards of glass flying into your face.
He also vacuums and cleans out all of the glass that’s in your car :) He might need an outlet to use his vacuum, so prepare for that. It usually takes about ½ to 45mins for the whole thing to be done! Ashton does such a great job in such a minimal amount of time! We have a small sedan car and replaced our front passenger window for about $ 240.
I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a fast window placement for a great price and service!!!
