You have a great selection. But the customer service is awful… literally sucks! On a couple occasions I have called about a particular item that I seen on IG or FB and the sales person answering the phone will flat out say«I don’t know what your talking about just come in»…WOW how rude is that. Stay classy people. I am certain you ain’t that busy, your store is only so small, oh wait maybe your just to busy catering to the Japanese tourist. This is Hawaii Nei don’t forget about us locals and the Aloha spirit!

Dear Ms. Boutique Owner, It’s not a good look when you ignore customers because you’re too busy staging merchandise for Instagram pics. I call it, «Instagraming gone wrong.» Your store is too cluttered. The clothes are all packed together on the racks and it reminds me of Ross(uuughhh). Not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. My recommendation is give the store a makeover and improve your customer service. Sincerely, Shopper who has money to spend but won’t spend it at Aloha ‘Aina Boutique. P. S. There was an Indah top in your store at full price that I bought at San Lorenzo two years ago.

Unfortunately, this super cute store has the most unfriendly staff. Maybe if the employees weren’t so rude I would shop here. There are lots of pretty things, but I’d rather buy them elsewhere. Lots of other stores have the same things or you can buy from the artists and designers directly on Etsy.

If you are looking for a nice resort wear this is the place to go! I am a big fan of Tiare Hawaii clothing and they have a big selection of Tiare dresses at this boutique. Short dresses, maxi, beach wear, shorts, and cover ups. they have it all. It is really loose fitting and those comfortable yet cute and classy wear. If you are shopping in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, be sure to check it out!

This store is okay. Lots of beachy jewelry and dresses. A little too flowy, and airy, and sweet for me though. Everything is gauzy, and baby blue or pink. They do carry Roberta Oaks– but if I’m buying RO I’d rather go to the actual store downtown. Nice to browse if you’re at Royal Hawaiian, but not a must see if you want a little more edge to your clothes and accessories…

Unprofessional! They were unable to complete an order they said would take two weeks. They did not have the decency to call us to let us know. We called after two weeks to find out. The attitude on the phone was terrible and not the least apologetic.

This is one of the young/trendy boutiques in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. I was really drawn by the clothes they offered and was really hoping to find a few items to buy. They carried a lot of summer dresses(both casual and dressy) and jewelry(necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc) … all of which I love to shop for. I was sad that I couldn’t find anything here. I even came back a second day just to see if the first day was a shopping fluke… I tried out a few pieces but still no bueno — either the fit didn’t work out for my body type, or the length was off, etc. While the clothing there was pretty and stylish, it just didn’t work out for me. Hopefully the next time I visit, there’ll be new items for me to browse, and even buy. *fingers cross*

This is a pretty, cute and adorable store in the Royal Hawaiian shopping center. I think I got all the«cute» words in to describe it. It reminds me of Muse Room in Waikiki/Kailua and Angels By The Sea in Waikiki. Same type of clothes and same type of prices. The ladies in the store are nice and greet you when you come in. If you like frilly, romantic beachy or feminine with soft hues and pastels and lacey whites, then you should stop in here. I saw some local jewelry, bags, purses from designers on the island. Some of which I also saw in Fighting Eel stores. I browsed for a little, but didn’t try anything on as I was in a rush. If I wasn’t, I probably would have been in here for a lot longer. Very pretty clothes, but most seem to be over what I would pay for. I can’t remember if I saw men’s clothes but I saw a few cute dresses for babies. When I was in there, there was only one other person shopping, so it was nice to feel like a celebrity who gets the store all to themselves… for about 10 minutes. I will definitely be back here when I have more time. …and more money.

FACEBOOK: TWITTER: Cute store located in the Royal Hawaiian Center that features fashions and accessories for men and women. The styling is local/Hawaiian-inspired, but with a refreshingly modern and hip twist to it. They support a lot of up-and-coming designers and ones that are already established: Meleana purses, Wings Hawai’i jewelery(from Maui), clothing from One Hula Girl & Indah, etc.
