All Dolled Up Salon and Day Spa

This business has no sense of professionalism in the slightest. I scheduled an appointment with the manager Kainani and when the time arrived I was met by no one. I waited for 30+ minutes and had not even received a courtesy call. This is the worst service I have been served in any salon. DO NOT go here.

I’m not one to write reviews… however this was an extreme circumstance. After reading a recent review posted by Laura I decided I should post as well. I too purchased a Groupon and made an apt 3 weeks ago for last Mon, Sep 16^th. I showed up on time only to find out the salon was closed. Lights off… no one was there! I called and left a message expressing my frustration as I had taken the day off from work to make this apt to get my hair done (which I desperately needed done!) I called back later in the day and again got VM. I tried agin the following day… this time when VM picked up it said it was full. It’s now been almost a week and I still haven’t had a return call. I’m all for giving someone the benefit of the doubt… things happen! But this was unacceptable. I contacted Groupon and they refunded me right away. I’m thankful for their professionalism. As for All Dolled Up Salon… their lack of professionalism lead me to write this thumbs down review. I hope they do something to honor their customers.

I made an appointment weeks ago to use my Groupon for today. I waited around for over an hour for someone to open the salon but nobody showed up. I called multiple times hoping the number was actually a cell, but no one answered or returned my message. I requested the day off of work and drove all the way down from Wahiawa in morning traffic to enjoy a salon day for nothing. Will be getting a refund.

I moved to the island a couple months ago and was freaking out about where I was going to get my hair done. It was a serious girl problem! I found all dolled up on groupon (it was a huge risk!) and am so happy I did! The shop is set up nicely, clean, and very comfortable! I love that it’s just Kananini, she’s very professional and talented! I have very damaged hair and she is helping me fix it. My cut, color, and trim are always fantastic! Give her a call and set up and appointment! You won’t be let down and your pocket won’t be empty.

I feel lucky that I found All Dolled Up and can stop my search for the right place to get my hair done. Kanani is professional, talented, and a delight to spend time with.
I work at Century Square and walk right down to the shop. The location is fantastic. It’s a small, bright, and clean space where you feel right at home. Easy to take the bus, or park in the Municipal lot in Chinatown.
I love the cut and color that I get at All Dolled Up. I recently asked Kanani to cut bangs. I get SO MANY compliments on my new look.
