Specialties
Summit Camp is a place where kids who have struggled to fit in feel completely at home. Young people with social and emotional challenges find a peer group and enjoy being ‘one of the many’, not ‘one of the few’. Our Teen Travel gives an adolescent that has found it difficult to form friendships and share in ‘teen’ life the opportunity to reach new heights and grow immensely. Weekender is respite that offers a break for our youngsters and their families, and recharges their battery with fun and companionship. Summit helps our kids by providing confidence, positivity, self-esteem, and– most importantly– friends that share their life experience.
History
Established in 1968.
Summit Camp has over 45 years experience providing wonderful camp experiences for youth who have social struggles and would have difficulty succeeding in a mainstream camp setting.
