We started taking our three Mi-Ki’s to Pawfection about a year ago. Have never found better groomers in the 15 years since we moved to Florida. The lady’s are very friendly and love our dogs almost as much as we do, so we never worry that they won’t be treated with the best care possible.

Been coming here for years. The staff is very professional and they know what they are doing. If you want your ass kissed and your dog to look like they rushed through it, go some place else. Here they will treat your dog like gold and the prices are great. My dogs are actually excited when they get out of the car to go in here, it’s like play time. I like to how they don’t lock your dog in a cage all day and then tell you they will call you in 5 hours. I’ve had that happen. This one place locked my elderly dog up in a little cage all day without one potty break! This won’t happen at this place, they take your dog out to potty and it plays with other dogs. I read that thing about them not calling after the dog attack, I call BS on that!

Horrible! I went here for years, then one vacation my Maltese was attacked Here by another dog. Did anyone call me? No! We found out when we went to pick him up. My dog was bruised, eye swollen shut, and had a gash in his neck. Did they even act concerned? No! We still paid for the time he was there, then my baby spent 1 week at the animal hospital, where his wounds were flushed daily and had IV antibiotics. Never heard from this place again!

Pawfection Ranch is a doggy daycare and grooming salon that we used while we were in Florida for three months. We found the doggy daycare to be very inexpensive but worrisome(Perpetually unfriendly woman at the front desk told us on the first day she would NOT keep an eye on our dog, who was new to FL and might get overheated… sometimes it also took a while to FIND our dog, which tells me nobody was watching the dogs.) Our dog came home with bite marks on his nose and lip(which swelled up for weeks) and bloody for the first couple of weeks. We found the owner to be much nicer and much more friendly with our dog. We did get him groomed once, which was expensive for the area, and he still came home with worse mats under his ears than he went in with. I think he did give them a nip though when they were brushing, so I understand it, although he never came home with mats from any other groomer. On their website it said that their«private dog park» was free for«clients», which we were later told didn’t apply to doggy daycare clients. even though we spent much more with them than grooming clients, I presume. All in all, I think the owner has your best interests in mind, but they have an odd way of doing business, in my opinion. Also, the whole time they kept calling my dog a «she», which, after seeing him several days a week for a couple months they should have known better.
