The Crescent At Lakeshore

I current live here. It is in a great location at a very good price. The inside has just been redone and looks really good, especially compared to the outside. The reason I did not give it higher than 3 stars is because of maintenance. I moved in exactly two months ago, and my roommate and I did the checklist they give you when you move in. We turned it in thinking they would come and fix what we marked on the sheet. Wrong. We waited two weeks and then I put in a maintenance request. Well it has been a month and a half since then, and NO ONE has even been in touch. I’ve tried to call, but no one has answered. I work from 8 – 5 which is when there office hours are, so I can’t stop in. The main problems were that none of the lights on the breezeway were working, so it is VERY dark at night. I also wanted a peephole installed since there is no way to tell who is knocking at your door and I did not feel completely safe answering. I finally just got my dad to install a peephole, but no everyone has that option. I couldn’t imagine having a real maintenance emergency and am afraid of that happening since they are not concerned about answering maintenance tickets. The reason it got 3 stars is because of the price and location and the new updates.

this placed flooded last year and the year before that it flooded and they changed their name. they are lying about the creek has been cleaned out and deepened.
