*** Groupon Users Beware ***
Well, I can’t review the food because we never went to this location. The bad service started on the phone. I had a Groupon for $ 75. The Groupon said «reservations required» so I called and made reservations. Luckily I mentioned the Groupon. That’s when problems started. I was told «that’s not for our location» I was told the exact thing at their other location in Indiana. Kind of funny when their phone number is listed right on the Groupon! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told «no». Further, the person on the phone was very rude. I see others had a problem with their Groupon too so I’m glad I’m not the only one. I’ve used Groupon about 20 times before at other establishments and have never had one single problem. I’ll be asking Groupon for a refund.

Also had a difficulty with Groupon… after they denied it I called Groupon and got a refund… then I saw they had another Groupon offer… geeeeeez. The food was great when they first opened… but seems like they are cutting costs now… smaller portions… poor cuts of meat… the service was awful… they even tried to move us during apps… to accomadate another party. I say good luck to them… but doubt they will make the year:(

Mediocre food overshadowed by rude and inexperienced servers. Groupon users beware!!! They refused to honor my family’s Groupon despite reconfirmation by Groupon that it was valid. Horrible experience altogether and their empty seats on a Friday nite is a clear indicator that I’m not the only one who believes that.

I’ve been there before but this review is for the visit during their latest groupon. The food is always top notch but their service was a bit lacking on this particular evening. A lot of new servers caused some unhappy customers at the surrounding tables. Luckily our server was the sushi chef and he did a great job with both our sushi and our service. I hope they are paying him well because that man was working his tail off. I still give the place a high rating because the food is good and keeps me coming back. The service troubles I will attribute to new hires and an unexpected groupon turnout. Go visit this gem in Homewood, you will enjoy it.
