Baffled by all the good reviews. Save ur time and money and go elsewhere. Bad service with a smile. Scheduled 7:00 am pickup. Clothes were not ready. Returned next day. Clothes still not ready. Finally picked up faded dirty clothes. Asked and charged for heavy starch. Guess what!?! Surprise, no starch. Do urself a favor and don’t let them practice on ur clothes.

I’m satisfied with the service, the only thing I dislike is that Care-Homewood does not tell the customers the cost of the service upfront, at the time clothing is dropped off. Perhaps this is my experience alone?
