We are a Chef managed 5 acre certified organic farm in the redlands growing the most variety of food crops in South FL. We feature a fruit stand on site representing all homegrown produce, an on-site food truck offering a seasonal daily rotating all homegrown just harvested menu and Saturday nights by reservation we put on a 0 mile 5-course meal made from scratch and planted by seed.

I love to take a seed and turn it into a meal because that is our connection to the earth and the way we can heal ourselves and the planet. I believe we need to go back to a localized food system that doesn’t pollute the water, soil, and air.
I look forward to sharing a meal with you at my 5 acre certified organic farm where my friends and I grow almost every fruit, root, vegetable, spice, and herb that grows in south FL.
