Unprofessional, called them to get a large repair job estimated and the gentleman cut me off to tell me he will call back. I didn’t hear back for the entire day! I sent an email with pictures and details for the job request and 4 days later, still no reply.
If not interested in the job at least have the decency and professionalism to say so.
