Terrible experience there! Bought expensive glasses there 5 months ago. I am a 61 year old, retired teacher and yesterday, while reading, my glasses fell into two pieces into my lap. I went directly to the office to get the leg put back on, only to be told«it’s your fault they are broken. You must have not been treating them right.» I have been wearing glasses since I was 4 years old! I know how to treat them! He practically called me a liar in front of everyone. Did not fit the replacement pair on me at all. He simply laid them on the table with a smarmy«Have a nice day» and walked away. But I had to pay 15.00 even though they should have been covered by warranty. I also left crying and humiliated by their treatment. Today, I have to find someone else to adjust them because they have rubbed a huge sore on the bridge of my nose. They didn’t even have the correct color to exchange them with and made it clear I had no other option. I will NEVER return to this insulting business again!

I took my parents in a few days ago for their annual checkup for vision testing. Due to a language barrier it was difficult for the doctors to understand my parents. I was standing their to help as I am bilingual and can help but pretty much was told, no thank you we will just wait for some other tech that may be available. As frustrating as it is, it’s pretty rude to tell someone that if they are happy to help –no thank you, with a snarky attitude. When the actual Doctor at the facility finally got to see them, he seemed very annoyed at the fact that there was a language barrier. To make matters worst he was rushing so quickly because it was almost end of day.(I love when they book appointments and expect to rush through it, as if one asked for that time) To top it off, after requesting the prescription so that we can shop around for frames that both parents would love. They were pushed to purchase what they had.(One should never feel forced to purchase something out of their budget, and then not be allowed to get their prescriptions.) I can say we won’t ever go back.

Dr. Lofton is a great eye doctor. He’s very kind and patient. He gave me great advice on wearing contact lenses. This location is pretty big with a couple other doctors. Huge variety of glasses to choose from. This place is always so busy though. Parking in the back!
