We are a family owned business, we like to pride our self’s on always using fresh ingredients mixed in with the love for what we do, you will surely taste the difference. we specialize in custom cakes; from a simply beautiful birthday cake to an elegant brides dream wedding cake.

What is a bakery without cupcakes. We have an array flavors that will complement your pallet, our flavors range from the southern favorite of our peach cobbler cupcake with a cinnamon Bourbon frosting. We took childhood favorites like a peanut butter & Jelly sandwich and made a cupcake out of it. DELICIOUS!

Lets talk a little bit about our whoopie pies, the best way to describe them, As a perfect combination of a homemade cookie mixed with a cake. Our whoopie pies are able to be 100% customize to your liking, from flavors to the filling and color to match whatever need or want.

History

Established in 2014.

La Gringa’s Cocina & Bakery History is a Unique one, even-​though we were just recently established, this journey begun along time ago, in a small country kitchen in a rural eastern North Carolina in the early 1990’s. As a child my Great grandmother thought me the basics of country cooking. A decade later and 4 states (NC to FL) and what in a hypothetical and literal sense was a whole different world in a culinary stand point.
