This has been the worst experience ever.
Just received a notice from the IRS today 5÷15÷15 that it is missing information… H & R block did not forget to take my money… Now I have to take time to make an appointment and try to have it resolved… I should get my money back that I paid them! Seriously, this is not acceptable for an organization that I thought was reputable.

If you have not done your taxes yet please stop down to see Bob Nestler. I had come in to have him take a second look at my taxes & he had found my husband & myself almost $ 1,000 I wasn’t aware that I could even write off! He was more than helpful & educated on what we could & could not write off on our taxes. I normally would do our taxes online for a cheaper rate, but with the amount he was able to find for me the price was well, well worth it. If you’re looking for a tax lesson & an educated tax man, Bob is your guy! Thank you Bob, H & R is lucky to have an employee like you!
