My car was overheating so I brought it to this Firestone for inspection. The gentleman said it was totaled & there was nothing he could do. My car was not totaled because his employee drove it into the shop. I took it to the dealership the following day & got it fixed 4 days later. Very unprofessional & I was extremely upset with the lack of service here. We are long time Firestone customers but this one changed my perspective completely. Thank you for absolutely no help.

After my previous 1 star review I have added 2 more stars. I recently had a tire with a nail that needed to be patched and this was the only place that could do it in a Sunday. They were fast and did a good job, so I believe they have moved up a bit.

Very disappointing. They tried to take advantage of my 82 year old mother. We took her car there today. They called me with the price and we said ok. Then they called us back and said they could add four tires for a small amount. We said ok. Then they called and said they couldn’t do it for that amount and wanted $ 200 more. Seriously, why had they quoted the first price I asked. Well they were trying to discount everything and they couldn’t do it for that price. I said NO WE’RE DONE!!! I will not do business with them.
