went here for a bad cough in my chest was prescribed something that did not take away the cough. PA geeta spent no more than two minutes with me after I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I was the first in line. finished my medications with an even worse cough and there is nothing they could do to help me. said I had to pay again wait and see her. very disappointed in the girl up front irene. unhelpful and didn’t act concerned. will not ever waste time going here again.

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and seem to actually enjoy their job. I have dealt with the Dr and the NP and they are both very knowledgeable and caring. My issues have all been resolved on the first visit and without the crazy long wait times of the big name hospitals.

I am visiting from of state and became very ill. After trying to find a walk-​in medical center on my own, I stopped at Walgreen’s for a recommendation. So glad I was directed to this facility, Campbell Urgent Care. The staff got me in quickly, Dr Chaudhry ran tests and I was out of there in just over an hour. Highly recommend.

This place is a little sketchy looking/​feeling inside and out, but literally every single person I dealt with was nice, knowledgeable and generally «with it» — I was pleasantly surprised over and over. It was also pretty quick overall, I was in and out in about an hour and a half total including them calling my insurance, my filling out forms, peeing in a cup, etc. There was nobody else waiting when I arrived, though, so I don’t know what it’s like on a busier day.

I avoid medical intervention as long as I possibly can, but once in a while something goes awry and you need help. My health insurance provider’s website directed me here as the nearest place that accepted my insurance. I did not know what to expect when I arrived at the office location, but kept an open mind.
I was in great pain and they helped me competently and compassionately, I actually required minor surgery which they performed right there. Dr. Ernesto Rodriguez was really nice and professional, and on a Saturday and again on Sunday no less. They are walk-​in only and first-​come first-​serve but I still waited less time than I would at a typical ER. I would not hesitate to return here.

I would have never gone to Campbell Urgent Care unless I was in desperate need of medical attention. The place looks kind of sketchy from the outside, but the staff is professional and nice. I have been there three times and have never had to wait very long. Each time, they were able to give me the help I needed. This is a much easier alternative to going to the emergency room and much better than waiting a few days to get an appointment with my normal Dr.
