We serve the best street food in the South Miami area! If you’re looking for some yummy food and a chill place to enjoy it at, we got you! Burgers, sandwiches, burritos and tacos are what we do best! Our menu changes frequently but you gotta try some of the following staples. 1) The Chipotle Burger: A Burger stuffed with pepper jack cheese and topped with bacon, avocado, crispy onions, crispy jalapenos and a homemade chipotle mayo; served on a brioche bun. 2) The Torta de Milanesa: A Mexican sandwich with crispy breaded steak, re-fried pinto beans, Mexican cheeses, lettuce, avocado, pico de gallo and a homemade garlic and jalapeño mayo; served on french bread. 3) The Chimichanga: A deep fried burrito stuffed with ground beef, re-fried pinto beans, Mexican rice, pepper jack cheese, avocado and pico de gallo; served with a homemade garlic and jalapeño mayo. 4) The Pastor Taco: Pork marinated in pineapple and Mexican chilies; served on a homemade corn tortilla and topped with pineapple slaw.

History
Established in 2015.
Planning for Between the Bunz began Nov. 2014 after its owners, Pedro & Laura R., arrived at two conclusions 1) they were unfulfilled by their current jobs 2) they thrived in creative environments. The thought of creating something from the ground up invigorated them and hence the hard work began. Building the business lasted a year and required minimal outside help. From permits to logo design, it was all done by the couple. Six months before opening, Between the Bunz had acquired a sizable social media following and for its first tasting on July 2015, it hosted a crowd of 150 people. Two more tastings followed, Pedro & Laura quit their jobs and Between the Bunz opened for business on November 28, 2015.

Business Owner
Married 8 years, met in middle school and began dating in high school. Live in Homestead, Fl.
Pedro: Born in Miami Fl, graduated from culinary school in 2007, worked for eight years in culinary industry (comedy clubs, restaurants, exclusive resorts).
Laura: Born in Mexico City, obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 2012, worked for three years in accounting industry.
