Super Cream Dairy Bar

Not a good experience! 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers ff and onion rings! Lost order reordered hamburger came back raw! Oh and forgot the lettuce and tomato. Threw it away as customer service just said they are busy! Well my first and last time ever. Onion rings very good. What a waste of $ 15.00. I rate my experience –5 yes you were busy but should be prepared for it.

This place is really yummy. I don’t know about the food, but the ice cream is fresh and delicious. I had the peanut butter swirl and the cookie dough icecream and it was great. I would recommend this place to check out and try!

My first trip. Friendly servers and creamy ice cream. I really enjoyed the cappacinno chip. Kids size is one scoop. Car show in parking lot today.

If you love both hard and soft ice cream, especially when it comes to you out of a small mid-​20^th Century cinderblock and glass building on a backstreet outside of town, and offers a multitude of outrageously creamy addictive flavors, then Super Cream Dairy Bar is your kind of place.
My Orange/​Vanilla medium sized cup brought back childhood memories of the first time I tasted an orange creamsicle and thought I had gone to heaven. Only angels serve such a sweet delight.
And, finding this treasure in Homer, New York, just added to my sense of wonder and whimsy.

Good value, good portions. Jr size just great for most kids. Jr size you get one good size scoop. Small size you get 2 good smaller size scoops. Medium you get 2 good size scoops, large you get three scoops.

Stopped by for a quick lunch today. My husband had the burger, with optional grilled onions and sweet potato fries. I had the grilled cheese with tomato and grilled onions. He said his burger was fine, but both of us expected a nice portion of caramelized onions, but instead we had a few slivers of red onion that were still crunchy. The tomato was similarly sliced razor thin, the onions were similarly raw and scarce, and the cheese (which I thought would be a combo of the listed cheeses), was just a couple of slices of American cheese. The bread was good and the food was nicely prepared and fresh, but both of us thought that for over $ 6, the grilled cheese would have been special, but really, it was mostly bread.

A summer tradition! We have been getting Ice Cream here for years and now with the remodel and expansion we love having a quick meal here too. The pesto grilled cheese is one of the best I have had. It is hard to describe but trust me it is worth a try.

Great ice cream, friendly service, and clean. Bonus, good size portion and quite inexpensive.

There are so many great ice cream stands in the area, and you owe it to yourself to try all of them, but when it comes down to it, I think my favorite is Super Cream. And don’t misinterpret this, I don’t just mean in the area… I think it’s the best place to get ice cream period.

Had lunch there the other day. The food was awesome! The staff was super friendly and they even have home made push pops… amazing!
The old Super Cream was nice, but this new place is even nicer. Cash only, but they have a fairly large menu and we haven’t had a bad bite yet. Will definitely be back.

This is a hometown love. It was the go-​to ice cream stand growing up! They have all sorts of flavors and combinations. My best friend would drive all the way from Ithaca to «see me» but really she was coming up for Super Cream for their generous portions and killer ice cream. It used to just be seasonal but now they have a great year round location.
My personal favorite from Super Cream is their flurries which have chocolate or vanilla soft ice cream with up to three candies/​mix-​ins. (I love mine with Skittles!) My boyfriend is a big fan of their blackberry shake.
If you’re rolling down Route 481 it’s definitely worth a stop!

Got lunch togo today and it was great. The grilled cheese was delicious! Wheatberry bread is thick cut, so good! Will be getting that again:)

Try a few flavors before you buy. The selection is fantastic. I loved the toll house and cookie dough flavor. I got it in a small cone with chocolate sprinkles. Super Cream is hands down my favorite ice cream in upstate New York!

This is the best ice cream I have ever had, and growing up in central NY, I was certainly exposed to great ice cream. The flavor I recommend the most is their home made, hard chocolate. I live in NYC now, but go upstate every other week on family business and I always have a large cone on the way up and one on the way back. They have moved though, as of 5/​2013, they are about ¾ mile further north, still on route 281. Someone else has taken over the old site, don’t be fooled, if it doesn’t say «Super Cream», its not the one!

This place is the ABSOLUTE best soft-​serve and ice cream on the planet!!! My other half grew up in the area. Great quality and service and the list of flavors!!! Just check out the pic i posted.
