Homer Men and Boys Store started in 1951 by Roland Fragnoli. We are located in Homer, NY which is between Binghamton and Syracuse New York right on Route 81 North. We sell name brand clothing and footwear at discounted prices while providing excellent customer service. Our major brands are Levi’s, Carhartt, Northface, Columbia, Woolrich, Duofold, Lee, Wrangler, Redwing, Carolina, Timberland, Wolverine and Muck.

Business Owner

Roland Fragnoli immigrated from Italy in 1940 when he was ten years old in search of the American dream. He began his business in 1951 as an Army/​Navy Surplus store. In the 1970’s with the reduction of availability of Army/​Navy Surplus goods Roland saw a market for workwear — jeans, flannel shirts, work boots. Through his hard work he has expanded his current location twice — in the 1980’s and then again in the mid 2000’s.
