Went here this afternoon with my boyfriend. Kathy was our server. I just had to come on here and tell the world how absolutely wonderful of an experience having Kathy as our server was. She was kind, attentive, personable, and I didn’t feel like I was bothering her when I or my boyfriend would ask for something. I wrote a review while at this location, but I just had to come on here and put in my two cents. If you come here, see if you can sit in Kathy’s section! Also, the food here was unbelievable. Specifically the molten chocolate cake. If you come here in the mood for dessert, get that. It’s so decadent and well made, you can’t beat it!

I’ve never been to prison, but I have to assume this would be comparable to what they serve… one star

I haven’t been too happy of chilis customer in the past BUT I received a gift card and figured I would try again. I must say, things have changed. The menu has new items and the service was great. I had the dry rub ribs and it was delicious! The waitress was really nice and timely. No issues. I like this location bc it avoids the busyness of Orland. Overall good. 4 star in my book and I’ll be going back! :)

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now. It was always decent(3 – 4 stars) but the last three Tuesdays I went for kids eat free the service was atrocious. The food took forever and the servers(each different each time) didn’t even check on us or tell us it’ll come soon or that they’re sorry. We have three little kids under 6 and they get cranky after about a 30 minute wait for food… These three visits took 40 minutes, 40 minutes and(no joke) and hour from ordering to delivery. And this was always around 4pm when the place is about 30% full.

Food was excellent and service was quick and well managed between team members on staff. Buffalo wings was not very good but overall tasty and fair priced meal

Unless I get super-duper-out –of-this-world service, a Chili’s will most likely max out out at three stars. Their food is OK. I would never go out of my way for it but if thee si one close by then why not my wife loves it. This location is no different than the rest of the chain’s locations. If you are looking for a Chili’s that conforms 100% to their mold, than this is a place that you will LOVE! To me: 3 stars = A-OK not awful, not flipping amazing either.

I frequent this store often. Service is great and good is just what you expect from Chilis. It’s always clean, great service and quick food. Drinks are delicious. You can’t go wrong here if your looking for a nice night out with the family for a fair price.

Usually I am a big fan of chilli’s appetizers but this past experience was awful. Food was cold and it seemed like they forgot to add flavor to everything. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Can this place get any worse? Don’t answer; it’s a rhetorical question. I’ve really tried to like this place, their pre-fab food, their cheesy pay-for-video game thingy on every table, their indifferent staff. I’ve tried to like it because it would seem to meet all culinary desires and make everyone happy. It does neither in fabulous fashion. The skimpy margarita was undrinkable… and I’ll drink any kind of crap that’s served to me. It was all tart mix and no EtOH(booze for the non-scientific reading audience). The house wine a Skid Row varietal. Food arrives luke-warm and, in the long run, you regret it arrived at all. Chain restaurants don’t HAVE to be bad, but this one tries very hard to achieve that goal. It succeeds.

I love this place. i would have given them 5 stars, but they discontinued the portabella mushroom fajitas. Chips and salsa are a must have. Very friendly and attentive wait staff.

My family usually gets carry out from this Chili’s. We used to get good food from here but not so much lately. Some good items to order are chicken tacos, chips & salsa, Cesar salad with shrimp. They messed up my salad order and gave me some type of southern style salad. Than I ordered a combo of steak and shrimp and the steak was over done when I wanted medium. Other than that its not too bad. They take care of you right away when you go to pick up your food and are nice. I’ll still end up going here. Oh and the baby back ribs aren’t that great just ok. Big problem when we order online carry out, our order always gets messed up! Something is always missing! Last time no Texas toast! Please make sure all your food is in the bag!

This place has grown up a lot in the last 15 years. I had the southern burger with thick slices of seasoned bacon. The bun was nice and soft. It was cooked to perfection. The sauce that came with it was a little to spicy. And not in a good way. It was just to over powering. My friend had the mesquite chicken salad and it was very generous and quite tasty. I had about 5 refills with my iced-tea. This server was on his game is a good way. There menu is quite large. And they have great drinks. This is a good place for a group.
