Business Owner

John Ballack founded Ballack Design + Architecture LLC in 2014 after 20 years of varied experiences working in small architectural and construction management firms where he developed his unique, holistic approach to architecture and design projects.

Throughout his architectural career, John has had the privilege of working as a construction manager on various high end residential and commercial projects. This unique experience only enhanced John’s skills as a trained Architect experienced in the art of design and construction.

Wanting to compliment his construction management experience and reestablish himself as a prominent Architect, John began work on numerous independent architectural commissions, eventually leading to the establishment of a formal office.

John is a Registered Architect in the State of Illinois and State of Michigan, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
