Charlar Place is a tastefully decorated, handicap accessible non-smoking facility specializing in social events. Our facility is located on a cul de sac overlooking a picturesque pond, nestled in the natural beauty of the area. With landscaped gardens, a pond side terrace, and a waterfall, we think this is pretty close to paradise. When you rent our facility you will get exclusive use from the time you request for Sundays-Thursdays, otherwise from 10am-12am Friday and Saturdays. We have a large 15×40 foot wood dance floor and can seat up to 300 people. We offer Catering, Bar Services, Wait Staff, Bartender, Linen, Floral for the Wedding Day, Centerpiece rentals, Chair Covers and Sashes, Ceremony Location… the list goes on. We look at it as one-stop-shopping for your special day. Set up and take-down are included in your room rental. We can’t wait to help you with your celebration, so call today for an appointment!
