Well let me start by saying foods ah ok… pizzas normally good, but with that being said my last 2 experiences there were horrible. About 6 weeks ago I order a pizza and wings for pick up, I go to the store they tell me I have not placed an order. I show them my phone with the time and number because they swore I called the wrong pats, ok mistakes happen, I leave. 5 minutes later as I am pulling into my driveway my phone rings and its pats saying they apologize my order went out for delivery and its back at the store so u tell them I am going to come back and get it. Well low and behold I get back there and they tell me they made a mistake it wasn’t my order and that they are sorry. Not once offering any accommodations!!! I email the company because I’m furious at this point! I get an email back 2 days later blah blah blah with a $ 20 credit on my account by your phone number, which was an incorrect number. Last nite we go, me being coaxed saying o it happens n I remember I have the email. I tell the waitress and she goes to her manager and he said no I’ve never heard of that. Again I left furious! They did wind up taking the money off but the way they handle things in there is terrible!!! The ability to not look correctly into things is ridiculous… don’t go there unless u want poor customer service. Waitress was great, management sucks, food average!!!

Ok place for casual food and dining, its clean and reminds you of a diner inside with booths all around. The waitress was quick and friendly so can’t complain about service. The food was ok, not the best I’ve ever had, but it was fresh. The menu has plenty of choices, mostly sandwiches, burgers, pasta dishes and of course the pizza. Went on a weekend night and it was not that crowded but the take out seemed to be busy.

Pat’s is our go-to for when we order food. The delivery guys are always so nice and funny! The food is usually pretty good. I love their pizza and pasta. Overall it’s a great place and is one of our favorites.

Really good wings. I’ve been on a low carb kick in the new year and this is probably the 5th time I have ordered them. Sauce is just right for hotness and they are always crispy just the way I like them. I do recommend if you are getting them to go that you get the sauce on the side because they can get soggy. They also have really good white pizza, I’m missing it right now.

Had pizza from this place several times while at my sisters. TERRIBLE! The dough is good, not sure if it is the sauce or cheese or both that suck. French fries are delicious though. Nice people. They really need to check into switching suppliers or making their own sauce.

Sponge style crust. Pick this pizza up and watch the grease drip off. It’s gross, I’ve had better ellios. I’ve never eaten inside but they have delivered for a pool team I’ve played on and every time was a disappointment.

Good food and consistently solid service! Either delivery and dine in, the food was always good and the whole experience pleasant. I wish I could say it was great but it isn’t. Nice sized portions, reasonable prices and friendly service though and I have been there many times!

I had one of the pastas is was a very large portion and very heavy. Nothing fancy but they give you enough for leftovers.

I received coupons in the mail for 5.00 off their new gourmet pasta dishes. Ordered the Sophia Loren. Rock shrimp sautéed w/fresh mushrooms in a brandy blush cream with HANDMADE Sacchetti pasta stuffed with 4 cheeses. As picky as I am about my pasta dishes I thought this was delicious! It comes with a choice of Caesar or regular salad and garlic bread. The portion was ample. I would order this again even without the coupon because it’s definitely with 13.99.

Rounding my review from four stars down to three. Look, I still really like the food here, and the service is still very good. However, without getting into the details, every time I come here, I end up with various… gastrointestinal disturbances. I don’t exactly have what you’d consider a weak stomach either. Not sure what the deal is, my wife hasn’t had any issues, but yea. Figured I’d put it out there.

I ordered takeout from here — a square, 12 slice pizza and 10 buffalo wings. I ordered on a Wednesday night around 6:00 to pick up and I was told there would be a 30 min wait. After a bit, I picked up my order and was surprised as the place was quite empty and there was one person in the waiting area. It was more like 20, but I guess they just wanted o be sure. The dough on the pizza is very soft — I prefer a chewy crust. The sauce and cheese were acceptable, not bad but nothing special. The wings were pretty typical. The environment of a Pat’s is ok, not kitschy or over the top but acceptable for a family outing. Considering my bill was $ 25, it’s reasonable. Service was robotic in demeanor and slow considering there were three people at the counter to wait on the incoming. The parking lot was full out front but the curb cuts are in strange spots. The delivery guy spun out of the lot and almost ran into me trying I leave to make a run

Excellent pizzeria nestled in a blue-collar neighborhood where it seems most everyone eats pizza three times a day. We came over ravenously hungry and between a large meatlovers pizza and a salad we had enough to be satiated and take some home. Friendly and efficient service.

We’ve been here a couple of times and the food and service has been consistently good. Friendly staff takes your order at the counter and then bring it to your table. The portions are generous, everything tastes fresh and there is quite the menu to choose from. Self serve beverages allow me to make my own version of an ‘Arnold Palmer’, which I love, since I like it more tart than not. Have arrived in early evenings and always get a great table, but I’ve driven by at other times and there’s no space in the parking lot.

A true A-OK. Nothing fancy, nothing amazing but pretty good. Stopped in here the other day to grab a cheesesteak. I would suggest something else on the menu. Just didn’t do it for me, especially being in a city surrounded by amazing cheesesteak spots. The service was pretty good, it’s an order and seat yourself spot. Very clean and a large menu. My friends got a Turkey Club and a BLT and they looked awesome! It is a bit pricy though, for a cheesesteak, and Turkey Club with drinks it was $ 20. They serve Herr’s(in the bag) not with your sammie, and Pepsi. Overall, it was an okay lunch but I would try the pizza next time.

You know, I see Pat’s Pizza everywhere, and never bothered to try it. I’m always skeptical of corporate pizza places, especially after my last bout with Pizza Hut. But since I am trying to establish myself as some sort of pseudo MacDade Blvd guru now(hey, I gotta have a Unilocal claim to fame somewhere), I felt obligated to try. Of course, as I’ve said elsewhere, our area has absolutely no shortage of pizza choices. So a place like this has to have something going for it to survive. You know, this place might fit a bit of a niche for this area. Not necessarily for the food however. I’d say that general food quality is about what you’d expect. Nothing was bad at all. But nothing there, from the wings to the pizza to the Caesar salad, is anything that I would necessarily crave. Which in my mind is what you get from chain places. I think the niche is for families who want to bring their kids to a spacious clean atmosphere, order a very large pizza, and have it brought out to them. Chances are you’ll have leftovers too. It seems to work well for that. The thing is, I would definitely come here over Pizza Hut, and I’d choose this place over some of the local places. However, I can name at least 5 local places within a very short drive that have much better pizza and food overall. This place isn’t bad, it’s just not that thrilling.

I’m definitely a fan of Pat’s. There are a zillion pizza places in Delaware County, especially in this area alone. Pat’s stands out because they have good pizza and great sandwiches. The rustic sandwiches are the best. The last sandwich I had was their chicken sandwich with red roasted peppers, tomatoes, provolone cheese and dijon sauce on fresh baked foccacia bread. I can go for one right now.

A new Pat’s right in my neighborhood! No longer will I have to venture all the way to Drexel Hill to get my Pat’s fix! I love their food, and this new location is polished, clean, and has the same awesome menu all their other locations carry. They are open until 10, which I hope stays that way; not many good places to eat on the boulevard that are open late. I always try one of their delicious rustic sandwiches when I go here. This time I ordered the roast beef with horseradish and cheddar. Delicious, crisp bread and tender roast beef. They also serve it with a side of tasty waffle fries. The cashier who took our order was very friendly, but you could tell she was new, that’s fine. Flat screen TV’s give it a very casual feel. No booze at this location.

I used to order from Pats back when they had a place in Collingdale. The food is tasty. I went the Friday it opened and ate in. You order at the counter(using the take out menus) and the cashier gives you a number which you take to the table. The drinks are self serve. The food arrived quick and was pretty good. I had the meatball parm which had a good amount of cheese and sauce. The meatballs were tender, not the tough bouncy kind you get when their frozen. My son had the Buffalo Cheese steak which he found quite good. Later that evening my ex-wife ordered a cheese steak Stromboli for take out with was devoured rather quickly. I’m glad Pat’s is back and I’ll be going there again.

This place just opened this past Friday July 20th. I’ve only had Pat’s one other time at the one in Phoenixville and while not really super impressed by anything they do, I don’t have any complaints either. I ordered a Medium pizza, mushroom bites, and some breaded chicken wings. First off, if you’ve never had breaded and fried chicken wings you are seriously missing out. I got an order of five for $ 6 and they were super delicious. They are just so much better than«regular» wings that I don’t even eat regular wings anymore. So definitely try them if you stop in. alternatively New London pizza on 420 is the only other place I know of that has them, fyi The pizza was pretty good, cooked well, doughy with a relatively small amount of cheese and sauce compared to most places around here. I just don’t know if it’s good enough to keep me coming back. The mushroom bites were ok as well. Not overcooked, the mushrooms still had a bit of texture to them and weren’t super mushy but 10 small bites for $ 5.50 or so seemed a bit much. The staff was friendly but didn’t help me with any info when I called to order without a menu. I asked how big a medium pizza was and she couldn’t tell me other than it had 6 pieces.(its about 10 inches for a medium) Not a big deal and I’ll chalk that one up to the fact that they just opened two days ago. Overall it was decent but probably wouldn’t order again unless I get a hankering for some breaded and fried chicken wings. which I almost certainly will.
