I have never written a review before but this experience was so terrible that I needed to let everyone know how that how bad it was. I made a consultation appointment which they only take on two days of the week after the doctor was away for two weeks on vacation. After driving an hour and a half which they knew about I called 15 minutes prior to let them know I would be literally four minutes late. I was put on hold and then told it was ok. I have a picture of my gps because I could not believe when they called me when I was five minutes away to say they had to reschedule me. I had missed the call because I was in the middle of nowhere and Reading PA so when I tried to call back they had shut off all of the lines and when I showed up three minutes later the doors were locked. It was so unprofessional I will never go back there.

Bought the Groupon for laser lipo and I’ve been seeing great results. Staff is kind and respectful. They offer payment plans and have various other products that help melt the fat. They seem to really care about your results and want to help you accomplish your goals. Follow the instructions as directed and you should see results too!

I purchased this groupon for a 3-​session laser treatment. The problem is that their equipment is very old and is actually missing pieces for example laser/​light bulbs. The exercise equipment makes loud sounds that makes you feel unsafe being on it. It was not a good experience.
Overall cleanliness and hygiene practices of the facility were also not up to standards.

Susan D. I highly reccommend Dr. Grim and his staff. I have been coming to the Laser Wellness Center in Holmes, PA for 9 visits now for laser lipo. It works! My thighs were so out of proportion with the rest of my body. Each time I went I saw a reduction in the mass and my skin was less bumpy. Not only did my fat melt, but my skin shrunk so I do not have lots of loose baggy skin hanging. I followed the protocol they asked me to which consists of drinking about the number of ounces of water per day that would equal ½ of the number of pounds of my body weight, using the total vibration platform and exercising. I am eating smaller portions and the same healthy foods I have always eaten. The weight has come off like never before with the same watchful consumption of food in my diet. I never was a junk food eater and always have exercised and never saw results like this. I am now down 2 – 3 pants sizes. My results are confirmed by ever– shrinking thigh measurements. Everybody noticed when I wore shorts on vacation 2 weeks ago. I no longer have to cover up to hide cellulite.
The cost of the procedure is a fair price with the groupon and not any more if you buy more packages after that directly from the offfice. It is reasonable considering it produces measurable results quickly. Thighs do cost extra because they require double the time. But the cost is only a fraction of what you would pay if you had to come for 2 sessions. 8 paddles are used on each thigh. I had tried a place in northeast Philadelphia and they used only 4 on each thigh and they were not as powerful. I did not get results from that. I only wasted my time commuting and waiting in a place where they made you feel like a number. At Laser Wellness Center, you can relax in a private room and let the lasers liquefy the fat for easier removal from the body.
At the Laser Wellness Center, they do care about you and your overall wellness. I have been driving 45 minutes each way to the office and do not regret a minute of it. It is worth the trip. Regina, the wonderfully kind woman who performs the procedure is easy to work with and pleasant. Jamie, who works at the front desk and handles the billing is also delightful. I have had to reschedule because of illness and also had traffic problems on I 95 and called the office as soon as I realized the problems might interfere with my appointment. I was treated with concern and courtesy and allowed to reschedule. I have met a number of other clients during my time here and they all seem pleased. So, if you are serious about getting rid of hard– to– reduce fat, smoothing cellulite and losing weight, do this. Stick with the program. You will see results. I am committed to sticking with my diet and water consumption after my treatment ends in another week. I will keep this off and showcase my slim legs this summer for the first time in years!

Bought a Groupon laser lipo treatment for some tummy slimming and it was very effective. My pants fit better and that is a good feeling. I hit it off with the people who work there they where informative and kind.
I made my own appointments that fit into my schedule.

Bought a Groupon laser lipo treatment for a little slimming before my beach wedding. First issue was the thighs were going to be extra money on top of the Groupon cost, which was not posted anywhere. First appt everything was fine and I actually did see a small change so felt pretty good about continuing the treatment. Second treatment same. But the others I saw no difference. My big issue though is when I called to reschedule some appts (I am on call for work) they re booked the appts for me without telling me, and then charged me for no show and were really nasty about it. Poor customer service. The only reason I gave it a 2 is because Erica, the one tech was really nice.

Research is my thing, but results were not coming. I have tried Derma Rolling paired with Retin-​A (tretinoin) and a combination of oils (Bio-​oil was one of them) to increase the rate of healing. I have bought some highly rated lotions like: Beverly Swiss Cosmetics Anti-​Cellulite Cream and Cellulite Cream Firming Lotion by Amilean and still nothing. I work out hard 5 – 6 times a week (free weights & cardio) and have a great body, minus my upper thighs and lower butt area. Yes, my diet and water intake levels could be better, but that does not come into play regarding this treatment. I say that because although Dr. Charles Grim and his staff took the time to educate me on cleaning up my body from the inside out, I still ate candy, but saw results after my third treatment. I went at 07:00 hours on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I came over the Commodore Barry Bridge from NJ with a total ride time of 25 min (one way), which was excellant. I decided to utilize a Groupon approximately 6 months after the first set of treatments and this time, I put down the candy because I respect the change in my problem areas too much.
If you are honestly tired of hearing Dr. Oz and other people with their silly coffee bean wraps, caffine and Retin-​A & the plethora of «miracle» lotions that exist on the market, you will NOT be disappointed with the results from here. Stop doing exercises from Pinterest that claim to get rid of your cellulite or researching reasons why you have it (genetics, different shaped fat cells then men, thinning skin, etc) and let the joke be on those that repeatedly try these failed methods. Get them back for all the hard work and money wasted by going to PA Center for Wellness and letting Dr. Grim and his staff take great care of you, you deserve it.
