If you’re vacationing in the area and are looking to make some meals for yourself, you’ve come to the right place. This grocery store has it all and then some, it’s like a Mary Poppins bag of food. The staff are super friendly too and will help you find whatever you need.
It has all your classic grocery items (including booze) but then it also has a lot of cool (mostly store branded) sides. Like 4 different kinds of guacamole or a handful of different salsas or multiple types of potato salad. It was fun shopping here, you’ll find stuff you like, and the prices are good.

If you just MUST shop at publix, go a few extra miles to the Bay Isles Parkway location in LBK. This one sucks out loud. Poor selection and the worst layout to a grocery store I’ve ever encountered.

I’m from one of the most expensive cities in American, and was blown back by some of the prices. I understand mark up for vacation spots, but when I’ve heard about publix, its that they’ve always had competitive prices and fresh produce.
The prices weren’t anything to gush over, my bag of oranges was good (we are in Florida). Besides that I dont get the hype. The employees are friendly which is always positive. The meat was average, so great selection or exceptional sales.

Disappointing vegetable department. No quality tomatoes @ all. We live in Honolulu and prices matched ours where all food is brought in by boat! Huh? Makes little sense.
Fresh fish choices were good and priced fairly. Go for the organically rich Fresh Market instead — just down the street.

Prices are a little high, but you pay for the convenience of not having to leave the island. They do close earlier than I would have expected, so make sure you have what you need before late night! Aisles are very small and the place is super busy, so patience as a customer is important!

Great market. Always busy and cart to cart full of people but the staff is VERY helpful and friendly. A tip. If you can’t find a product look up! This store is small so they pack a lot of stuff into the space and the shelves up high hold product. But the very best thing about Publix is the key lime pie! It is the best key lime pie ever made, every time.

Great grocery store. We ended up eating mostly at our vacation rental because this grocery store had everything we needed. I recommend their Key Lime Pie, peel and eat shrimp, fried chicken, and wine selection.

Really a wonderful supermarket — wish we had one like this in Bloomington. They have a great produce section, wonderful seafood and a really nice wine section. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Amazingly the prices are reasonable and much the same as on the mainland? When is the last time you have not been gouged with resort prices. You don’t need to stop at the grocery on the mainland — Publix has pretty much everything you need.

Publix has a great selection! I wish that there was one in DFW. Lots of fresh seafood and just a fantastic selection of gluten-​free items. They also have plenty of beer kept cool in the fridges. The store is pretty clean as well. Great place to go grocery shopping.

This place has a vast variety selection of food. They even had Pirates booty rice puffs which I can’t find at my local supermarket in Brooklyn. I wish this Publix was near me.
Great fried chicken and lemon pepper chicken at the deli area. Huge selection of ready made potato salads, slaw and sides near the deli counter.
One stop shop for your grocery needs while on vac. Good wine and beer section.

If I could have a super market open in Pittsburgh I’d choose Publix. They have an amazing bakery in each store with such things as 7 layer fudge torte, white and milk chocolate peanut butter brownie cake, and a killer Oreo brownie cake. Dry aged beef, amazing seafood, and a huge vegan section. Florida is so lucky to have a great grocery store like Publix.
