Cordell’s Standard of Excellence

Either incompetence or sabotage describes my most recent and FINAL experience. After they had my daughters car in for some oil and antifreeze leaks, $ 400, it really started leaking. She brought it in and they claimed it needed a water pump $ 800. I brought it to another mechanic who said the water pump was fine but the thermostat that Dan, (Cordell’s), put in was in backwards and nothing was tightened. He put it in correctly tightened everything and it was and still is fine. I tried to talk to Cordell as he has always appeared to be a straight forward man, and all he did was back up his guy… Speaking with others that have been there before, I have found out this is common practice there. If it wasn’t sabotage to make more money, it’s just plain incompetence in my view
