I ordered a toilet bowl and seat online for on store pickup
After waiting 20 minutes at the desk waiting to speak with someone and another 40 minutes for my order to be brought up front only to have the pallet left in the aisle without anyone saying it was there. We picked up the item and walked out when we got it home we found out the seat was missing
We ordered from another store and it took me an hour to have the order canceled and the payment reversed. Also the store manager implied that I was lying about receiving the seat even though they had the it and order form in their hands.

I love these type of stores because I like the challenge to fix it on my own. This store is not part of a shopping center and is totally off on its own. Entry isn’t the most convenient as you can only get into the parking lot if you are headed south bound on Route 35. I have never found it to be crowded. The place is always clean and there is someone available most of the time to answer questions. Knowledgeable people who work there to assist in getting you the right parts so you can fix on your own. Broken toilet no problem, just tell them the model number, make and they will get you what you need. I also brought a picture with me to show them exactly what I was talking about. Problem fixed within 30 minutes of getting home. Also needed some advice on a snowblower and my generator the other day and «Jack» aka Jacqueline was very informative with all her advise. I have purchased a grill a couple years back and delivery was fast and courteous.

I recently call Lowe’s of Eatontown to come to give me an estimate on fencing and install. Prior to calling Lowe’s, I also received five other estimates from near and far. Much to my surprise, Lowes estimate was three times higher than the highest price. Every company that gave me an estimate used grade one or grade A fencing. anyone thats been to Lowes should know they don’t carry any grade A whatsoever. I would be lucky if what I bought would not warp or crack within days. My suggestions call for other estimates before using Lowe’s !

The worst customer service was put on hold for half he when I was trying to ask a question on a patches that was missing some items I kept on getting transferred to the department & then the call was disconnected I will never buy @ this location I rather shop @ Home Depot down the block where the service is 100% excellent everyone in the store is so helpful from the minute you walk in!!!

This Lowe’s is in it’s own area. No other stores share the parking lot. I’m usually a Home Depot guy so I’m not familiar with Lowe’s but the lay out seemed similar to Hone Depot or vice versa depending on your perspective. Aisles are by department, so plumbing, lighting, flooring, etc. the staff was helpful here and there seemed plenty of staff around.

Very clean and well organized place. I could almost always find what I look for.
The people are also nice, but need more training. Sometimes they do not know where to find some goods, and once even told me they do not carry that brand: I found the product on shelf by myself.

If you want to do it yourself this is the place to go. They have all the materials that you need but the staff can be a little hard to find during the weekends.
We went there looking for a trashcan because trash service was the next day. It had to be one of those trashcans that can be loaded by a machine. We went to the area where the other trashcans were and there was an empty spot. We asked an associate if there were more in the back and she gave the ‘What you see if what you get’ answer. Undeterred we asked someone else and they told us they were up in the high bay in the same isles. After 30 minutes and two separate lift machines we finally got our needed trashcan.
