The wings were not what I expected. They were greasy and without flavor. The fries were soggy and without salt.

STAYAWAY! Have to contact heath department. I walked in and they asked me to check if the wings were well done enough and it was okay if I touched them to see. So how many finger touches went back into the fryer? I asked for very well done fires. They were barely cooked. I called to complain and the manager asked me if I had seen them before I left. The wings were okay, almost cooked enough, I threw the fries away as the were barely cooked. Asshole manager was confrontational and nasty.

Good prices and good food. Also had a $ 3 draft of Goose Island. I had wings and fries(lots of sauce choices) and we also had a mushroom burger also good. Glad I finally went there little scary on the outside but great food

The service was great. The Pepsi with ice cold. The napkins were warm. And that’s where it ends.

Every Friday night, every birthday, every day actually I’d beg my mom to get Wing’s N Curls for dinner. For real. However, who ever is saying this place stayed the same after the new owners took over needs to just admit their mind is gone and check themselves into a psychiatric facility. The wings are still rad. But they completely HALVED their portion sizes on the sides. And what used to be a unending river of bleu cheese turned into a tiny plastic up per person. I won’t allow it. GIVEMEMYBLEUCHEESEANDGOODDAYTOYOU, SIR. Rest in peace to the grandeur that was once my favorite place on earth.

Fresh hot wings cocked to order. Couldn’t ask for anything else… except beer, which they also had. The lighting was a little dim but over all good atmosphere.

Our waitress was a bit slow but she was very friendly. The food was fantastic. The chipotle angus burger is a MUSTTRY!

These people sure know good customer service. Yes it’s a little dingy, worn type place but that definitely does not affect their food. This place is all about good wings. Sure they don’t have a wide variety of flavors but I came here to taste wings, not a concoction of spices that will overwhelm the meat. Crispy and juicy, the go to place for chicken wings!

Loved the wings and chicken tenders! Dasha was the best! She got everything from our complicated order and made it happen beautifully! :) Thank you Dasha!

This is not the wings and curlz. I grew up on. It’s horrible I asked the cashier if they served garlic knots she had no idea what they where. The wings where old or what they would have call pre cooked. Probably hours before. And so over cooked. Never mind I asked for two flavored mixed they said they don’t do that and I had to buy a side of the sec. Flavor. Never mind something simple as blu cheese. It was great now it’s horrible. I could go on and on. Service was horrible. They where like talking to some one who nothing about the menu nor knew how to speak English

Great place for wings and the curly fries are to die for! The only thing I can say that is big on the unsatisfactory side is that the service could use some work and the tables are kind of sticky. The best time to go in is on a weekday because it’s not too packed. Also be ready to leave stuffed more than a thanksgiving turkey. Prices are pretty descent but it’s not really a bang for your buck. Overall I would come here again. Not bad.

Hole in the wall, and not a good hole. The wings were standard. Not as many sauce flavors as I expected for a wing place. We had wings, Mac and cheese, and curly fries. Wings and fries were just OK. The Mac and cheese came as just boiled noodles, no cheese. So gross. Service was good but then again we were the only customers. Would not go back.

I finally went to try Wings ‘N Curls after over a year of passing it daily. I will say that part of the reason I did not patronize earlier is that is looks like a former strip joint. Once I had a friend willing to adventure with me, I was in. When one enters the restaurant, it is pretty much what one would expect based on the façade. The inside is warn and probably saw better times. Do not expect luxury or dive bar: the place is more on its way to the latter but needs some more ware. I will say that the wings were good! Notably, the chef managed to create a crispy outside and juicy inside, and none of the wings were soggy with the sauce. My friend also ordered the wings, and her wings were cooked well also. This suggests consistency. I did not try any other dished, but they do have a bar menu so to speak. It might be worth trying again, but I left with no apparent draw to return.

Typical wings. Nice variety of sauces for the wings. Not amazing not bad. The rotisserie wings were bland and fries are under seasoned, but buffalo wings very adequate. Reasonable prices for the wings and cheap beer.

I’ve driven by this place 300 times, so I finally decided to give it a take-out whirl. My first thoughts relate to the décor: I like the historical photos which festoon the joint, but it needs a makeover. It feels like you went back in time 20 years. It needs to be spruced up. The brand is tired. Onto the food. Meh. I didn’t order wings, so maybe shame on me? I had mushroom and brie soup that was nearly a religious experience because I enjoyed it that much. Everything else was unremarkable. I shall revisit this review after I revisit the joint and visit with the wings. Cabeza, OUT!

I was in working in the area and I decided to come here for lunch. To begin, the place looks more like a diner, almost like a run down Denny’s, than a wings place. For lunch I asked for the 5 wings and sliders with fries from their lunch special menu. The waiter told me that for a dollar more I could add a hot dog, I thought a dollar hot dog, what can go wrong? So here it goes, in a nutshell. The wings were ok but they were drench in hot sauce, not necessarily a good thing. The sliders were razor thin. Not even eating the meat by itself you could get a taste for it. The fries were room temperature and came in a small order. The hot dog was ok but it came in a Texas toast instead of the regular hot dog bun. Not a big fan. For desert, we had the red velvet cake. The cake was layers of frosting with cake filling. Not very good. Even though it was not a bad a experience, the food itself was definitely not up to part.

Years ago this place had the best wings in town! I would drive 20 mins just to oeat there. I went in yesterday and was in shock. The place is FILTHYDIRTY. The smell coming out of the bathroom is horrendous! Its not the same as it once was. When i used to go there for lunch the place was packed, not anymore! It was empty. The wings were not the same, and was drenched. The Blue Cheese used to have real pieces of Blue Cheese, today its store bought… This place needs an overhaul and has to be cleaned up before i ever walk through the doors, again!!!

Alright, kids, here’s the deal. Same wings, different owners. I am obsessed with these wings, so I would not grade unfairly. They still have that great taste that reminds you of when you first started eating wings in the 80’s. Almost burnt, but decidedly not. We had no idea there were new owners. The place and the menu still rocks for the most part. They’re just working on getting their beer & wine license, so there goes the best part of the«Couple’s Special»(the pitcher of beer included), but I assure you it’s still all the great flavors!
