I am from Vannes France. Brittany knowed as the home of the crepes, and also where I studied at la chambre des métiers { restaurant school }

For about 10 years, I traveled all over, to collect knowledge in the service industry .

I then open, la creperie in Key West in 2005 until may 2015.

I am now relocating & operating my food truck VOO LA VOO in Hollywood area .

I have a much more limited menu, but the product is as traditional & delicious as ever .

I take a lot of pride in my regional dish, and you will know it, when you join us.

Truly outstanding crepes — some of the best I’ve ever had. Chef Sylvie does it right. I’ve tried several of her offerings, both savory and sweet, and they’re all excellent. I’m looking forward to trying more in the very near future!

If you’re looking for delicious, authentic crepes Sylvie at Voo La Voo is the chef to see. She offers both sweet and savory crepes of all varieties. My daughter and I go to see her every week at one of the many food truck events she participates in. We are always greeted by Sylvie’s friendly smile and are always so pleased with our food. My mom and other out-​of-​town visitors always look forward to crepes by Sylvie, too. It helps that she’s from France and really knows what she’s doing. It’s definitely worth following her on Facebook to know her schedule so you can grab a Nutella and strawberry crêpe when the sweet tooth acts up.

Most definitely the absolute BEST crepes you will ever have in your life. Your choice of dinner or dessert with any type of stuffing you would like made by an authentic French chef named Sylvie. The chicken béchamel is my favorite savory and of course the strawberry, banana, Nutella is my favorite sweet. Whether or not you are a fan of crepes, you HAVE to give these a try!
