Gary and his team were all friendly and very helpful. I recommend them as a Uhaul affiliate. If you need a truck, call ahead. They are very busy because of the central location.

I rented a truck for one day, returned the truck in the after hours lot & thought all was good. UNTIL the next day, I get a call from this UHaul branch saying they can’t close out my account because my card wasn’t allowing them to charge for the additional miles.
I called and confirmed with my credit card company that my card HAD IN FACT BEEN CHARGED the full amount that UHaul claimed hadn’t been paid (I have confirmation numbers and time stamps)
I called the store back and explained. They agreed, but then said they were still not able to close out my account in the system for some reason, but they would figure it out and all should be fine.
THEN, 2 weeks later, UHaul tried charging my account AGAIN for a random $ 47 RECURRING MONTHLY charge that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! I had my credit card company block the unauthorized charge and UHAUL SENT ME TO A COLLECTION AGENCY!!!
FUCK THIS PLACE!

Called ahead in the morning and had my truck waitin for me by mid afternoon. Since I rented my uhaul on Friday and this place is closed on the weekend I kept my rental all weekend long. Same ‘ol U-​haul, friendly service with a smile ;) Five Stars!
