Our firm has achieved national and international renown due to our professional competence and experience in U.S. Immigration and Nationality laws. The Firm’s principal lawyer, Mazen M. Sukkar, is a Florida Bar Board Certified expert in immigration law.

Being certified in immigration law by The Florida Bar means that Mr. Sukkar is a recognized expert in his field. As such, Mr. Sukkar has written many articles on Immigration laws and has lectured in Florida, nationally and internationally on immigration laws. In recognition of the Firm’s expertise and high ethical standards, it has been awarded the highest rating by Martindale Hubble.

Business Owner

MAZEN M. SUKKAR is the principal lawyer of the AV rated law firm of Mazen M. Sukkar, P.A. He is Florida Bar Certified in immigration and nationality law since 1995. He served twice on the Florida Bar Certification Review Committee. Mr. Sukkar holds a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He graduated with honors «Cum Laue» in 1987 and has been active in the Immigration legal community. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He served as president of the AILA, South Florida Chapter (1994 – 1995) and is a permanent member of its Board of Directors. He also served as a Board Member of the Board of Governors of AILA nationally.
