Southeastern Fence Corporation was founded by Pablo Marquez in 1999 and incorporated in 2000. After working on residential and commercial properties as a land surveyor for 5 years prior and recognizing the high demand for fences in south Florida, he decided to specialize in all types of fences for all functions, offering top quality products for both residential and commercial use with the best warranties available including a lifetime warranty on most of our products.

Pablo Marquez founded southeastern Fence corp. in 1999. He was inspired to start his business after working on residential and commercial properties as a land surveyor for 5 years prior, and recognizing the high demand for fences in south Florida. He decided to specialize in all types of fences for all functions. With experience in construction, land surveying, knowledge of all city code requirements in Dade and Broward counties and completing over 5000 quality jobs, he is uniquely qualified to fulfill all your fencing needs. What excites him about running his business is the opportunity to establish long-​term relationships with his customers, suppliers, employees and contractors whose values and commitment are consistent with his.
