I paid $ 800.00 for sunroof repair on my car. They spent 4+ hours working on it while I was inside my house. When I came out they were finishing up and had to hurry so that the owner could pick his kid up from daycare. They showed me that the roof opened and closed and left in a hurry.
He assured me they stand behind their work, I would get an electronic receipt and warranty for 1 year. That was all false. I never received any of it.
I started looking at the car an realized there were several pieces of plastic that were broken and several metal washer looking things on the floor. My husband came home and pointed out a piece of roof insulation in the trash can.
The next day I drove my car and it was loud and air was clearly leaking through the roof. I looked in the sunroof and was able to hand tighten several screws. As I was investigating I realized that the whole ceiling was misaligned and hanging down in the back window.
I called the company and he said he would come out on Friday. He never showed. I texted and called several times with no answer. Finally called with my husbands cell and he took my call. We set up another day, he never showed again. We then set up another day and he told me I had to call him the day before to remind him to show up??? SO, I took time out of my day to call the irresponsible business owner to remind him to show up, only to be told he was busy they next day and couldn’t come. This went on for 2 MONTHS!!!
He never fixed my roof, never came and refused to let me bring the car to him. I figured out the broken plastic was part of my clothes hooks from the back and they are $ 25 each to replace.
I just took the car to a headliner company and had the roof realigned. He had to replace some of the insulation and fix what they stuffed back in there incorrectly. In addition to that one of my side impact airbags was damaged and had to be repaired. All of this cost me another $ 650.
I was completely ripped off and fortunately I have saved all of the text messages and voice mails between us. I also recorded 2 phone calls. I am now taking him to small claims court to get my money back.

Raul Cabrera aka Raul Ramos also has various web sites all leading to fake addresses, unsatisfied customers. Was reported several times to the BBB. Wife Sabrinna and son Raul Cabrera JR. are part of the scam. In addition, they also operate out of Orlando, FL.
I have not heard from anyone from Power Window World aka Power Window World Corp aka South Florida Power Window Repair. I have asked for a refund of 150.00 and I will stop posting and/​or investigating into their Business background information such as Credit risk scores and detailed risk factors, Past liens, judgments and bankruptcies, Past business registrations, Comprehensive financial records, Banking, trade and collection history and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings which is public information.

Raul is a freaking liar. he sucks dont do business with him. I paid cash 180 and told me it was a lifetime warranty. i never got a receipt and when my window didnt work i called him he just blocked my number.

Raul was great! Dealership gave me an estimate at several hundred dollars which is an absurd price for replacing a window motor.

Power Window World replaced 3 windows for me less than 1 year ago that wouldn’t go up & down. The passenger side’s window regulator which they replaced just broke. I called Raul Cabrera, who fixed it & answered the phone there, & told him it was broken & I had (written from him) a 2 year warranty & it was less than one year. He refused to fix it without charging me the full price (over $ 100) & hung up on me. This is the reliable person you will be dealing with if you call this company.
Also, the address — 1841 Adams Street, Hollywood, Florida 33 020, is different than what’s posted on here. I suspect it may be a phony address since this is not a trustworthy company.

After a nightmare experience with a competitor called
(see review) I called Power Window World to re-​repair my passenger side window.
Raul with Power Window World, ordered the part and was in my driveway ready to work within an hour! He had new glass installed and working properly in 10 mins! Window is working good as new and the glass is guaranteed for life.
After using a couple of different local guys for another window as well as the one repaired most recently, none of them compared to Power Window World. Technician was very courteous and the turnaround time was lightning fast. I would recommend them to all my fellow Unilocalers and anyone in need of a power window repair.
