Brandon is totally professional, from the initial quote, to the completion of work. He shows up when he says he is going to and works really hard till he quits to go home. He explains everything involved clearly, and when «complications» arose in the job he was helpful with solutions and completely fair with the additional costs. He pricing in general is extremely reasonable. and I feel less than expected for the high quality of work he does. It was a privilege to have him work on my 1926 home, (Carpentry, major repair of stairs, and 2^nd story Prepping and Painting) and I only wish I could currently afford to have him do much more. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any job.

Brandon Noll was super helpful and quick to repair our door that was jammed. I called him and he came out the next day to take care of our request first thing. Brandon has helped me out with a few projects at my house, including major stucco repair and some light carpentry. In each instance the quality of his work has been excellent and the price extremely reasonable. Brandon has been friendly, conscientious, punctual, and shown very good judgment on all occasions. Also, Brandon seemed glad to refer people he knows to complete jobs that he thought someone else could do better or for a lower cost. Brandon is the best. I first contacted him about a relatively small project, and he gave a very reasonable quote (much better than that of a specialist in the project). After he did an amazing job with that project, I used him on several additional things. Each time he’s given incredibly reasonable quotes and done the project quickly and efficiently. It’s turned out excellent every time! He’s also incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. I’m very glad to have the chance to continue to use him on any and all projects around my house that he’ll take on.

I asked Brandon to quote for a job and within 24 hours he’d contacted me with a detailed quote, advising me of the best way to proceed with my project. Brandon was totally upfront and very honest about my expectations and went to the extra effort of contacting the city to check on what permits would be necessary.
Brandon is punctual, cares about his work and has the demeanor of a builder from a different time, when people cared more about maintaining business relationships than making a fast buck. Brandon was the third person that we had come over to get look at our various projects but he was the first one to actually give us a bid. His prices were very reasonable and he seem like a very nice guy so we decided why not let’s try him and we’re so glad we did. Projects included taking out cement stairs, repairing part of a deck, adding (creating) a new part to the deck, repairing a dog house, trash enclosure work, and creating a matching framed lattice fence to attach to what was already there and match it exactly. He did all those projects in a very timely manner and did a great job. There were also small pieces of lattice rotted out in our old fence and he repaired those as well. Brandon has done a great job and is a pleasure to work with. We have asked him back to do our trellis and other fence work at our house. Thank you Brandon!
