New and Used Tires

I had the most wonderful experience at The New and Used Tire Outlet. I had tires put on my car and I was in and out in less than an hour! Their prices are amazing — but even more important was how honest and knowledgeable they are! The owner actually told me that I didn’t need an alignment when I was fully prepared to pay for it. As a woman coming into a tire/​repair shop on my own, I appreciate the feeling of someone being honest and not trying to sell me everything under the sun! I will be returning next week to get new tires for my husband’s car since my experience today was so wonderful. I also love that it is a family run business! They don’t treat you like just another number like some of the chains out there! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good, honest and reliable people who really know their stuff and won’t take advantage of you! That’s pretty hard to find! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Customer service sucks badly. Came to get one tire change. One car in front of, that car finish. Been here two hours and still no tire. Never come to this place.

I came here twice, and both times have been such a breeze. I recently spent over $ 200 something for brand new tires at Tires Plus, or some big chain company like that, and rather take my business here. This place is worth the drive from my house for the quality of tires they have here. Even the used tires are closest thing to new you’ll find. Staff is friendly and professional, and you feel like you’re in good hands. Never had to wait longer than 20 mins for a single tire change/​alignment.

Great prices & service! Had 2 tires put on months ago, in & out in about 20 mins, thought I just caught them on a good day. Returned today for 2 more tires. Pull in & there are about 4 cars getting worked on. Greeted before I can get out of my truck, 30 mins later I’m pulling out with 2 new tires! Service is an A+! You’ve definitely got a customer for life!

Awesome customer service, had 2 used tires installed on my bmw. Owner talked to me for a while, the next day one of the tires was low. I took it back and they inspected and repaired for free.

$ 10 to find a nail in my tire, pull it and put in a plug. 20 mins in and out. No bullshit, no upselling. My kinda place.
